“In this apartment complex you live very peacefully, they are very well located, it is a very safe area, the apartments are in perfect condition and when you have any request they attend to it sometimes in less than 24 hours. “I have been living here for almost a year now and love it. Complex is peaceful, safe, and quiet. Cleanliness, safety, civility are maintained. I recently brought up an issue and once I communicated that issue to the property manager, Roniquia Nicholas, she immediately took care of the issue.
This apartment community is for well behaved civil people. Anything that disturbs the peace or the cleanliness of the establishment WILL NOT be tolerated. I believe this apartment complex and staff pride themselves on a well maintained, professional, and peaceful community. I take pride in it as well. The rent due every month is happily paid.”

When I first called, I had so many questions, and she was so patient and kind with me. She has so wonderfully help me and my roommate find an apartment, and helped with the transfer. They have a beautiful landscape with an amazing pool, hot tub, and fire pit! They even had a Thanksgiving feast for their tenants when I stopped by! I am so excited to be here!”

“Our Home — Hello and good day to anyone reading this review. I’ll start off saying my wife and I do not give a review right away; in this case it has been months now. WE LOVE IT. Town creek is not just an apartment for us but our home. They welcomed us in from day one compared to Town Lake next door, “rude people”. Town Creek keeps up, the grounds are kept nice, the dumpsters are emptied often, if anything breaks Joseph and Lamont are on it before you have time to hang up. JoAnn is our Hero she went above and beyond to secure our spot here at Town Creek and we couldn’t be more thankful. I don’t care what all the other reviews say. Some people you just can’t please, this is not a brand-new complex, so with age comes issues but they will continue to stay on top of your needs to be comfortable here. DeAnna is always prompt to answer the phone and get on top of any issues we have and we appreciate her for that. We do have 2 little boys so for entertainment the Andrew Brown park is within walking distance, our boys love it, and it is huge ?. The pool and hot tub are great for entertainment on site, beautiful pool area and additionally there is a nice playground for kids. We won’t be going anywhere anytime soon unless they kick us out. “I have been in Dane park for 3 years and it’s been great times and not so great but the team we have now is amazing. I spoke to Monica about the trash one time and she assured me she would get it taken care of. As you can see people just need patience. Thank you new team for removing the trash. Happy I can wake up now with out smelling trash.”
“Recently moved in and was offered a fair rate and a month rent free as a move-in special. I was promised by Cher that I would pay prorated first month rent and the next month’s rent would reflect the discount. I checked with my portal today and saw that I will be required to pay full rent instead of the promised free month of rent. If they adjust this I will post an update.
Update: they updated the error and posted the correct month’s rent in my portal. Cher and her team’s customer service is amazing and they take any tenant issues very seriously. Quick fixes that needed done were completed almost same-day.”

“ive been living here for almost a year and i have loved it! very little complaints. its usually quiet, trash gets picked up consistently, the pool and gym are nice as well. the front office people are also very sweet and helped us get into an apt. i deducted a star cause there is trash around the property a lot and the elevators get nasty but that happens with humans around. there can be disrespectful kids around as well.”

“I’ve lived here nine years. The new management is totally different from what we’ve had and it’s a lot that we are not accustomed to online. Many seniors do not do computers or. Do not think that can. Megan has been extremely patient in my dealings in the office and it helped me when I have been stuck and not able to work thru issue. It’s been tough on the new management as well and we’re all learning together. I think we all need to register as swift as we can park 365 even if you just move in. Change is very hard when you’re accustomed to an easy way, especially but I do believe Megan‘s working very hard and there’s a lot still to be done and in time I think all of it will be worth it. We just need to be patient and support our office staff to direct us and I think Megan’s perfectly capable thanks thanks for the hard work Megan”

“I lived here for a year (2022), and thought it was a great apartment. The reason I'm coming back to leave this review 2 years later is because I've had horrible apartment experiences since moving from DFW to Austin, TX and am depending heavily now on Google reviews to try and find some place nice. It seems no matter if the place is truly awful, or pretty luxurious, people will go and leave 1 star reviews talking about how the place is the worst place they've ever lived. I personally find this frustrating as I'm having a hard time telling the good places from the bad places.
For the record: This was the nicest apartment I've personally ever lived in. Here in Austin there was a wild west gun fight at my Riverside apartment, and a freight train literally crashed into my next apartment on East 6th street. Let me tell you something, no gun fights or train wrecks going down at the Elora. People leaving 1 star reviews for this place probably have never lived anywhere that was actually horrible.”
