I stopped in to the Highland Village location today to get my international driver's license. The guys at the front desk were very friendly and super helpful. They clearly take pride in their work. Keep it up and thank you!

This office has been helpful in the past, and AAA battery service and roadside assistance is great, but I do not recommend for travel planning unless you want to take a cruise or purchase a packaged trip. I waited weeks and weeks (and weeks) for information, before deciding to plan an upcoming trip on my own.

Good place for an international driver license. They have applications available and will take your picture. We were in and out with our documents in 20 minutes.

If I could give AAA zero stars I would. The claims process has been nothing short of a nightmare. Customer service is none existent. The adjuster that was assigned (Cameron Letz) was rude, unfair and unprofessional. Avoid this company at ALL costs.

Roadsire service dispatch is aweful. The failed to provide towing service where someone could ride in the tow truck and failed to verify ahead of time with the dispatched company what the ride along rules are. Terrible experience and very dis appointed with AAA
