DO NOT SHOP HERE there is a female employee who will call Police and file false reports to SWAT you if she doesn’t like you. I have been pulled over immediately after leaving the store TWICE in the last week, and the 2nd time the police confirmed the ONLY reason they tailed me was because of her call (but the other employee had no problem taking my $56 for my purchase).I have no idea what the issue, I’ve never met her before in my life, there is no way to defend yourself against this. She is putting people she dislikes (because of race?) in front of armed police officers, hoping they accidentally shoot you. She’s going to get someone killed. Don’t be the one.Edit: comments below confirm my suspicion that her SWATings are racially motivated.

Don’t buy from them, they’re very rude and don’t refund nothing. Came in to return and request refund for the wack pen that made me sick which I bought from them within 24hrs and they refused to give my money back. The older man and the girl who works there are racially motivated, rude and don’t know what customer service is?

At all costs do not shop here! I bought a Delta eight Kik cartridge on Saturday, March 11th and tried returning it Monday the 14th with it still full, because it wouldn’t work at all. The worker even plugged it in to charge and I showed him it wasn’t working. Best they could do is 20% off. Total rip off since it’s almost 50 bucks for a gram. Go to Puff Love in flower mound if you want a good smoke shop.

Called and asked for a specific product was told they have it drive 20 minutes to them for them to tell me they don't have any.

David was extremely helpful helping find ehat I needed. Came into this shop because the other one down the road on flower mound /lewisville line the gal barely spoke to us.

Bought a $79.99 water pipe. Took it home, never used; defective; piece of glass did not fit the bowl. Took it back the next day to try to replace or refund. Went there two times; both times they were nasty and would not repair, replace or refund. Very obvious it was never used. Lesson: NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM 3D smoke shop.
