Treated like trash when you walk in. Told to f off and make an appointment online. We cancelled and went to South Trust across the street, they are a great bank! It's a super easy process to switch from Wells Fargo to South Trust.

I recently received a letter in the mail from WF that instructed me to physically go to my local WF Branch/office and update my mailing address as my residential address. This branch was unable to update my address despite me providing my active military ID and state issued ID. One of the ladies at the desk was very helpful (appeared to be Caucasian ethnicity). The other attendant (appeared to be of Hispanic ethnicity) was quite rude and unhelpful with her general 'oh well we can't do it' approach. I've had people treat me better while living overseas -anr me not understanding their local language. Never the less I called WF National number and a nice woman helped me change my address on my account. The branches should be able to give the services that WF promotes.

Been banking with Wells Fargo for years! This location is Floresville is the WORST! Rude employees. Always gives me issues cashing a check but yet I go to other locations and never have any issues. Was not like this in the past. Maybe teach the employees some good customer service!

I went to the lobby at the Floresville, TX WellsFargo. I needed help for my chronically ill son. We expected kindness and a desire to help. We were let down. My son only needed help logging into his account. The banker said he'd need his cell phone or call the 800 number. I told him both of these would not work because of my sons illness. You can retrieve a lost password through any browser. I had my phone. He did not help or consider my "work around." Wells Fargo needs to be able to help with unique circumstances. I hope they get training.
