If I could give this place no stars I would. I took my car because it was having some problems and I basically had to get some things replaced under the hood. This was about 3 months ago. I had a problem with my car again this week so I took it to a mechanic. I gave my mechanic the paper receipt the dealership gave me and the itemized receipt . He told me that the people who worked on my car did a half ass job and that one of the things they supposedly worked on wasn't even there. So they charged me for something they didn't even fix . This all cost almost 4000. And while I know I could've gotten another car with that type of money this car has been in the family . They up charged me for something that they didn't fix and while picking up my car the guy said "before you leave let me put some antifreeze in" I then asked him if the leak was fixed and he said you should've told us that when you dropped off the car . I wrote down EVERYTHING THAT I KNEW WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR , and they didn't fix it . I just think 4000 is crazy and they took 2 weeks to fix the car keep in mind . My mechanic that I took it to said that they did a shitty job and because some parts weren't screwed in or they couldn't screw it in they put silicon to keep it in place . WTF DID I JUST PAY 4000 DOLLARS FOR IF NOTHING WAS FIXED . DONT COME TO THIS PLACE *theyll upcharge the heck out of you *took 2 weeks to just get my car back*they didn't even fix the problem *the workers there are rude*THEY LIE TO YOU AND ITS A SCAM !!!!

Service Manager, Marty, is very honest, professional, and helpful. Even though I do not drive a Chevy, I do drive a GM vehicle and always take it to Richardson for any type of service it needs. Marty is quick and efficient- and I trust him. I definitely recommend the service department for your vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Hands down the worst experience I've had. Ordered a Tahoe in November expecting it to arrive in December after discussing numbers. Put $500 down. It doesn't arrive until January. Sat there with a baby for 2 hours waiting for financing to say we were "denied" and the "banks are closing at 6pm". I was told I was approved only for 50k and needed 30k down and that's all they could do. Low and behold the next morning the car is sold to someone else. Another customer that recently bought a $100,000 corvette from them and put a bug in another salesman's ear that THEY wanted a Tahoe. Safe to say I was scammed, lied to, and betrayed illegally for a "preferred customer." 3 days later I have now came to purchase a z71 at Vara Chevrolet and was approved for 80k and MUCH BETTER SERVICE! Immoral business isn't good business. I'll let everyone I know to stay away from this dealership.

Slimy business practices. They sent several mailers offering my Dad up to $38,445 for his 2016 Silverado. Since my Dad has recently passed away, my mom made an appointment I went with her. We knew the truck had a few things that would reduce the price, but they came out with an offer of $25,000. When I questioned the guy about the difference in the two offers, he repeatedly and rudely interrupted me saying "that says as much as". The I asked to speak to the manager and he was even more dismissive and repeatedly lied, saying the price was reduced because the truck has 65,000 miles (it has 63,445, which is below average) and they were calculating 10,000 miles per year. They had deducted the check engine light, but hadn't even pulled a code on it. He also said the offer on the card was if it was a 4x4 and they didn't know if ours was a 4x4. That's of course nonsense because they would know that based on the VIN. Total bait and switch. We may only get $25,000 for the truck, but it won't happen with them.

First time buying a Chevy Silverado, thought they would provide good service, but actually was horrible. You have to beg them to even get them to look at your vehicle. I definitely did not expect to have problems with a 2021 Silverado so soon after purchase but I certainly expected Chevy would reasonably honor their warranty obligations.

Made an appointment online for today at 8am and when we showed up the woman at the front was extremely rude to my husband saying she didnt know what appointment he was talking about. He showed her the email confirmation and she said "oh well you did that online, my tech doesn't get here till 830 and you'll have to wait 4 HOURS" what kind of service is that?? Why have an option to book online if your employees don't know how to access it, then are rude when you use it? We definitely won't ever go here for anything (including upgrading our car which we had planned) husband had better luck at a local spot, go figure.

My sales consultant was Gary when purchasing a used vehicle. He was very professional, thorough, honest and easy to work with. It was great being able to communicate specifics about the vehicle with him prior to coming to the dealership, which is an hour away for me. He made my car buying experience so easy compared to other dealerships I've been communicating with recently. I had almost stopped looking due to horrible experiences at dealerships and then I spoke with Gary at this dealership. I would highly recommend him. I've been completely satisfied!

The customer service from the sales person Joel Aka Chevy Cowboy was just amazing .. They all made us feel comfortable and made buying a vehicle so easy.. We were in and out in less than 2 hours.. This place is awesome!! I had been looking for a car for 3 months. Upon initial contact (the morning after I requested a quote late the night before), Jeff worked with me to get a great deal. He was patient, very responsive, and happy to thoroughly explain answers to any questions I had. The finance department was also great in terms of answering questions and helping me get to a number I was completely satisfied with. As a buyer from out of town, I was thrilled that the entire transaction process spanned a total of 1.5 days, including the 2-hour drive they kindly took to deliver the car to me. I highly recommend these guys and appreciate their high-quality service and knowledge.
