I love HEB pharmacy! Very efficient! Yes it is always very busy especially in the late afternoon, for those customers who complain about the slow service it is DEFINITELY NOT the pharmacy employees! Unfortunately I had pneumonia in December & am still fighting the aftermath, I have been to the ER nine times since then & my prescriptions that are called in by ER physicians ar ALWAYS ready that same day and if I visit the ER after hours my prescriptions are ready the very next day! I have noticed many times customers ahead of me in the drive thru are not ready to pay or have many questions for the employee, I always try to pre-pay online and when I am unable to I always have card in hand&ready to go when the drawer is extended. When you drive up to window give them your birth date first then last name&let them know if you prepaid. Please give these hardworking employees a break they work hard to help us get the medications we so desperately need. Yes things do happen beyond their control but don’t be so quick to judge! Thank you HEB pharmacy for all you do!!!

The staff here is built of hero stuff. Constant influx of patients and scripts make for a chaotic scene, and a long line. They move through it pretty quickly though

Sat in line today for over 30 minutes. There was one slow, old Hispanic woman working the inside line and another much younger woman working the outside line. I had to have easily watched over 10 cars pass in the outside line while I was stuck on the inside line with two freaking cars ahead of me. Slowest woman in the world and needs to be taken off of the drive through line. Worst experience ever and my husband has had a very similar experience but an even longer wait time with the same old slow woman. Please make that line more efficient. I am changing my pharmacy to the one in LaVernia because of this incompetence.

My son just got out the hospital I was given prescriptions for his asthma. I felt so lost and scared that I wouldn't be able to get my son's prescription, I was told that my insurance was expired when I knew my insurance was not expired. I was told that no one could find my insurance and my computer system. I was feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, I wasn't going to leave that pharmacy without those prescriptions. I needed my son prescriptions. A sweet lady name lupita, an employee who works for the pharmacy department in floresville. Lupita help me find my insurance in the system and I feel so happy reassured and I was able to provide my son the medication that my 10 year son needed..she was very professional and experienced I just want to say thank you for all that you do lupita

The area in front of the fish market is so cold, I normally will not purchase fish unless I am the only one there and they can wait on me immediately, it needs to be fixed!
HEB installed new POS credit card acceptance devices and they do not accept apple wallet or touch less credit card readers, the technology they just upgraded to is 10 years old.

Curbside took well over an hour. I could have shopped and been home. No longer a convenience! Sure its staffing, but horrible customer service. They were kind enough to provide a bottle of water. Not a satisfied customer. Original pick up time was supposed to be 5. Told ready at 6:45 waiting in line since 7.

I was comparing prices + a Lil shopping
your heb partners were very helpful helping me find what I needed .. not sure if ill come back to this store it took likec40 minutes to get there .. but thecstorecis well organized if I may say .
