Walked in no one greeted me two staff members were in the store I was there for a good 15-20 minutes one of the employees went right by me as I was looking and never said a word I almost bought two items decided I wasn't cuz no one acknowledge me as a customer they were too busy talking about the lotto

Never have money to refund in the register. Quick to take ur money. But not quick to give it back. Now have to make unnecessary stop to see when they can refund me my money. Not happy at all

I don’t visit the store often; however, my family does. I went yesterday with my mother and looked around, the clothing is amazing nice. However, the staff was either getting ready to close putting things in the correct place OR sitting on their phone. I don’t think I have ever visited a store where they talking with someone on their phone. She wasn’t friendly and didn’t care to help customers.
