I am historically known for absolutely despising dealerships. Time and time again they are always sleazy they let you down they take advantage etc. I cannot be more pleased with my experiences at Ancira. John The service manager has been absolutely phenomenal in resolving a couple of concerns with a recall and the advisors and parts department have always been top-notch.

Well worth the drive from San Antonio. They treat you like a customer, not a burden. They solved my coolant leaking from the egr cooler, and had me back on the road in a couple days. Forget the dealers in San Antonio and drive a little further to save you your sanity. Amazing place!!!

If I could give Ancira Ford Floresville 10 stars I would. We bought a Ford expedition max from Price jeep and 30 days after having the vehicle it broke down and Jeep had my car for 3 months. 4 days at Ancira Ford, My expedition is ready running great, and they offer military discounts. Kimberly In service was so compassionate, helpful, understanding of my frustrations with the other dealer She was so kind and calmed me down. Even the mechanic came and spoke to me about my vehicle So I understood what was going on. I will never take my car anywhere else. Thank you Kimberly and everyone else there at Ford!!!!

This was easily the most hassle free car buying experience we’ve ever had. Deon was willing and able to be sure all our needs and requests were met and I never felt like I was being haggled with or tricked. We love our new used car.

Ancira of Floresville is where myself and my family buy trucks. we also have them serviced there. Highly recommend this dealership. have used different salesmen and they have all been wonderful. Luis in the service department is my normal go to. He is always great as well as the other service department team members.

Had to take my vehicle in due to 2 separate issues. The service team was ready when I got there, kept me informed through the whole process and had my vehicle back to me the next day even though they were transparent in telling me it could take 2 days. Would highly recommend this dealership, by far the best in San Antonio and surrounding areas that I've been too. Haven't had any problems with the truck since I took it in so they made sure it was fixed before handing it back to me.

Had our truck service for various problems which included changing the brake pads. We were quoted a price for all services and when my truck was completed I noticed that they did not perform a brake job, even though we paid the price we werequoted in full. We called the General Manager, John, and made all things right. He even picked up my truck personally and brought it back after it was serviced. This was just a misunderstanding with the service department and us but thanks to John everything was cleared up and I am very grateful for everyone at Ancira Ford.

I worked with Hope through text. She was very helpful. She works with their webpage, she's not a salesman. I drove there and was surprised no one came out to greet me. I asked for Hope. Hope introduced me to Ray. I planned on a test drive but they were getting the car from San Antonio and it wasn't there yet. Ray took me to his desk to start an appraisal on my trade in. He never told me what he was doing on the computer. Still don't know. I was getting frustrated waiting there. He said he wanted to walk around my car and then his boss would. I thought they should have both gone out to look at the same time. They had no respect for my time. Never told me it was a long process and I should have stopped it earlier. I shouldn't need an appraisal before I even saw the car. I walked quickly away from them and found kind, considerate salesman elsewhere.

After 3 phone calls trying to make an appointment, we finally stopped in to make one. Explained we needed a tire warranty repair and an appointment was made.Arrived to drop off the truck and was told it would that a couple of hours. 4 hours later, we tried to get an update, 3 calls and 2 hours later we finally got to speak to someone. We were then told, they did not have the tire in stock & would have to order it... please note, they had not ordered it yet. By now it's 3:30PM. We had to take the truck because we need the truck the next day. It will now be Monday before we can get it fixed.We I spoke to the manager, I felt patronized. I felt like he was gonna say "... little lady " any minute.They assure us, they will replace the tire while we wait, not sure i beieve them. And this doesn't change the fact that both my husband and I have both lost work hours to this.

Awesome experience the team from Hope to Ray the salesmen and the manger include the finance guy all very professional And very patience! They offered a great vehicle within our price range!!!
