Some of the attractions were not working. The wave pool was barely moving. Apparently some of the wave making machines were not working. Also the big bucket that fills up and dumps every 15 minutes was out of order and had no water going into it. Lastly, some of the water sprayers the customers can control to spray others had no water pressure which rendered them useless. So basically it is just water slides and a lazy river attraction. I really hope that everything can get fixed soon. This place used to be more fun, and it could be again if they would get everything working. The staff was friendly.

I can't wait to bring my nephews and cousins and nieces to there.

We waited and waited for a tube to ride the slide and these kids kept keeping the tubes and giving them to their friends or going again and again. Finally they replaced the boy lifeguard who just stood in the corner and did nothing with a girl and she made everyone line up. I didn't get her name. Then a guy named Landon took over and he started getting the tubes as they came down and giving to the next in line. A big kudos to Landon! Then the kid came back and stood in the corner doing nothing. Either they need more training or more supervision. People pay a lot to get in and expect to be given their turn and if they want to go again they should get in line again, not just hog the tube. Other than that it was a nice place.

Kids love the place. The line for the 4 slides are always moving quickly. One kid spent the entire day riding the slides! It's small enough that you can easily keep track of your kids without having to keep them next to you the whole time. There is an area for smaller kids to climb and play, with their own slides. The only drawback is the amount of seating/tables. They do have some additional seating outside if needed. Lastly, since it is indoor, we have been able to go during the winter. It costs about $100 for a family of 4. It's pricey for the size but I had never left feeling cheated.

Needs work. No slides good for a 2 year old, too many people, outdated, and layout makes no sense. Food is not allowed (which is fine) but to get food you have to leave and walk a ways past a pool ( with a splash pad) your kid can’t use then wait 30 minutes for personal pizza. Small area with food attached but they had chips, candy bars, and 3 kinds of ice cream. I’d rather them charge too much and at least have options. Locker room/ bath room is absolutely gross, As is the area you walk into from outside. Slippery floor with signs everywhere (instead of just laying a proper floor). Spend more and go to great wolf lodge. Food options everywhere, clean, activities for kids, slides for every age, and much quieter crowd.

The place itself is fun but the guy at the ticket booth was extremely rude to us and the people behind us. He was also snappy at our children and their children as well almost wanting them to stand still in line and not move at all, it was a bit much. Then we told him how we are members and he still charged us the full price and as annoyed as he could be for his own mistake, said “well you can go talk to my manager inside but I’m not going to give you the member price because I already had you pay” so of course we found the manager and she was very sweet and helpful!! They do need to clean this place better though especially the bathrooms because the bathrooms are disgusting. Other than that, it’s a fun quick little water trip for the kids

We cane for spring break weekend with the grandchildren. This was the second time we've been to this Waterpark. The first time, it was just adults because I've never been to an indoor waterpark. It was different. I enjoyed the big bucket that splashed water. We had fun making slow-motion videos of ourselves. We went down both slides and chilled in the lazy river and wave pool for a while. Our God son liked the wave pool most. He's 2 years old, and he enjoyed just being in the wave pool. The kids didn't really care too much for the play scape area they prefer to be in the water. It wasn't really crowded. You just have to be there early if you want to get seats. Those go reàl fast. Overall, we had a good time enough to want to bring the kids after the adult day first, lol. The kids only came one day out of the whole spring break week it was a bit chili out, and when we got out to go to exit, it was rather cold. I'm sure if it was a bit warmer, they would have had a better time and wanted to come back. We will try again in the summer when it's nicer outside.

Went here for a field trip for my kid had to wait in line for at least 30 minutes, only one line open. One person took payment then another person put on my wrist band would have much rather them have a QR code out front for card payments, for advance or prepayment to speed things along. Also there were other schools they not just us.

small water park not worth the price, they either need to adjust pricing or add more attractions and activities. the life gaurds weren’t paying attention my son got knocked over twice by bigger boys life gaurds did nothing or check to see if he was ok.
the bathrooms smell like straight piss they need to be better sanitized and cleaned often. the towels are over priced$10-20 a towel so make sure you bring over from hotel because if you forget room number they don’t care you still won’t get one. not worth the money for the resort wish i can get a refund for my time and money out dated needs updating bad over all

The place looks great out side little out dated. Love the road coming in. Checking In takes long, once checked in. Went to our 2 bedroom, my restroom had hair in the tub and was not clean (tub, mirrors and floors, walls) and needed lots of tending too. Rooms need to be updated or repairs.I understand it’s a old resort. The marina is good has fishing water boat and boat rental. The water park gets packed as outsiders are welcome to purchase passes. Hunter was so welcoming and eager to help and truly listened to my concern. Kristen had a great attitude and vibe. Need more attraction for kids that should not cost. Most fun things to do it cost money. Bring tennis balls and rackets and putters and balls. Bikes to ride around beautiful. The great thing about the water park is it’s good all year around and temp set. Tubes are included at the water park bring a small lock or pay $10. Band was truly amazing. The food was not that bad and the team inside were great. Two pools at the resort. They have a little store for small things. The drive to Tyler is 18 min if you need to go to target or Walmart and Starbucks. Definitely check out Salt Grass and tell Megan and Susanna. Truly 4 star service with Texas hospitality.

Nice, clean and fun for everyone. Rented the beach room for party and was worth it. Only downside is not allowing outside food and rules to go by....other than that staff is helpful and nice. You can buy everything you need more or less on-site. Kept up well and plenty of places to sit and swim
