Initial check in, not very good. Young lady behind counter rather short tempered. This was unfortunate as most the staff was most pleasant and smiley.Had specifically requested ground floor to avoid stairs for my elderly father. We got a room ground floor, but you park on the second floor. Elevator was not working. We did not complain though. See first paragraph.Nearby activities: The activity center is well done.Walkability: Must have car. The corner we were assigned to was walkable to nothing.

Depending on room can be not close to resort amenities. If weather is poor not much to do.

Awful. Dirty rooms, can feel the springs in the beds, and the main reason we stayed was for the water park. 100% not for kids under 8 y/o

Room we were in was from the 80s. Definitely hadn’t been cleaned. Found clothing and food wrappers under the bed. Dirt/dust on the carpet. Shower pan was dirty. WiFi speed was 1 mbps down .30 up. Family was split up beftween two sections that were not within walking distance. Also 37 minute walk from room to main site with the waterpark.Rooms: Decent size, bed, dresser, nightstand and closet.Walkability: No sidewalk. Distance too great between sections

My kids, their friends, my husband and I stayed here April 6 till the 7th. We booked two presidential rooms. From the arrival there where issues. We decided to book here because we were having out daughter's 14th birthday. Before I booked I called to asked about joining rooms. They didn't have any but that was okay. They told me we could get rooms next to each other. They told me just to book the same style of rooms. I booked two rooms and called back to request them make a note we would like to be next to each other. They stated they did. We called Saturday morning asking if we could arrive before 4 and where told if we did they could not guarantee us a clean room. We decided to arrive at 3 just to check. When I got their I was told my rooms where not on the same floor because they had placed us in two different style rooms. It took 30 plus mins of them working on it to finally get us next to each other from their mistake. While waiting multiple people came in stating they requested a early check in and they where not threatened with a dirty room like we were. When we finally got out keys we asked about late check out. I was told we had to call the morning of. The check out time is 10 am.The positives where the amenities where great. The rooms where very spacious. On Sunday morning I called at 7 am requesting a late check out. They told me they could only do 11 am. So I took it. I made sure to advise them I needed it on both rooms. While taking our stuff down to our car at 10. Housekeeping just went in our room and started looking around. I was beyond upset. But every time I mentioned anything to the front desk they gave me so much mixed info I didn't trust them to care at all. We just got our stuff and went and checked out of the hotel and left. To be honest I don't know if the positives out weigh the negative experiences we had.Rooms: Very spacious.

Upon entering the facility to check in their were 5 agents, 2 were busy assisting other check in guest while the other 3 were face down in their computers. No one spoke or gave any acknowledgement that I was there, standing in a line where it was only me for over 10 mins. For this they get a 1 start review, poor guest relations. The website showed me to be getting a single cottage or so, when I finally got help, I was shown a map to send me to a hotel/apartment type building..bait and switch, for this they get star review. Also, be on the watch they will run your CC twice for payment & deposit...this presented a fruad alert and locked my CC up....why not run it once. Inconvience to the guest. 1 Star revìew!My wife and I went to the beach, not customer ready...pine needles, trash and a sign that says don't enter the water...wth is the beach here for...again they get a 1 star review. For you that have gotten baited into their time share, good luck to you. This is a 1st rate scam facility...BE AWARE!!!! SHAME ON YOU HOLIDAY IN.

We stumbled upon this place while searching for a two bedroom suite. It’s a time share resort. Family oriented, lots of amenities, but they want you to spend a minimum of two hours learning about a time share opportunity. Bottom line: $169.00 per year membership fee and a $2200 maintenance fee annually no matter if you purchase 10,000 or 50,000 points. Points are used within their chain and others they partner with. Average 15,00 points per 7 days stay. So you can stay anywhere they have properties anytime of year.Rooms: We had a small two bedroom cabin which slept 6. It was fully equipped with all the basics and had a patio with furniture and a bbq pit. One room had a regular bath and the other a jacuzzi. Very quiet and peaceful location. I woul definitely stay again.Nearby activities: The resort offers a water park, putt putt golf, an arcade, pool tables, outdoor chess and checkers, an activity center, three outdoor pools and hot tubs. You can also rent paddle boats, a pontoon boat or kayaks.Safety: They have security on duty 24/7Food & drinks: They have a small snack and drink bar on the premises.

Poorly managed resort! The studio condo was extremely small, only had 1 small window and you could hear everything from the unit Nextdoor! We were assigned a unit in a location that was several miles away from all the amenities and activities! When I requested a unit closer they said they were full due to Spring break! NOT TRUE AS MOST CONDOS IN THAT AREA DID NOT HAVE MANY VEHICLES IN THE PARKING LOTS!!!!Nearby activities: ALL THE ACTIVITIES WERE SEVERAL MILES AWAY FROM OUR CONDO!

Rooms need to be updated and needs new carpet and better cleaning. Service is good. Location is hidden. Be prepared to pay for everything you do. If never gone bring a locker lock and enjoy the water park for $22 eachRooms: Needs to be updated and cleaned betterNearby activities: So many activities that cost to do and the marina and water parkWalkability: Can walk around but the place is pricey of course

2 BDRM VILLA LODGE WITH 2 QUEEN BEDSFound this location at the last minute and booked for 3 days during spring break. We had a great time with the family. They had lots to do at the activity center throughout the day. You are able to also check out your choice of board games to take to your room. The indoor Waterpark attracted us here since we know it would be a little chilly during this time. The water park is an extra fee, but I did the research and understand this before booking. All the staff we interacted with were very helpful and friendly. We spent time by the fire, played arcade games, drove over to there beach area, painted ,played big checkers, listened to live music and played bingo. The only complaint I had was the room was a little dusty on the tables, counters and ceiling fans like it had been sitting empty for awhile, we check the sheet in both rooms like we also do and the beds looked to be very clean. The room was very spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and we came prepared to use it.We would definitely come back to visit.
