I used curbside for the first time, and it was a beautiful well oiled machine. I mean, the whole process was great from the browser order, to the pick up. Sometimes you would have to use an app for curbside. I was able to order from chrome on my phone. You will be able to get substitutes and the communication is fantastic. They had my order a head of the suggested time and I was able to go earlier. I wish I could thank the nice lady more. I'm from Dallas, and there is curbside of everything you can think of. The process and personal touch made this work. It felt like if I had any issue or update on my order, that I would have been able to get things done without all the silliness.

My boyfriend and I were traveling from Dallas to Lafayette and stayed outside this town for the night. We came across Brookshire's while stopping for gas and decided to go inside to find some breakfast. This was by far the most staffed, friendliest, grocery store I have ever been in. There was someone to help you around every corner and everyone was so very kind. I wish so bad we had this home in Atlanta. Brookshire's is the best.

For the first time in my life, I don't hate grocery shopping. We'll stocked, (considering the current circumstances) super friendly staff, great meat and produce sections and always adequate check stands open. Just a pleasant place to shop. Don't think I've been called 'sir' so often sconce the military!!!

Excellent customer service! The only downside I have seen is that their seafood and produce may not be as fresh as other Brookshire's I have been to and that the interior seems to needs a little updating. But they make up for it with some amazing and friendly employees!

This is our go to store. Very clean, great selections and they treat you well. I love that they deliver to your vehicle. Only negative, they should allow you to tip.

My first time at a Brookeshire's. I was stocking up for the week as we were staying at a nearby resort. Covid related: they required masks to enter and had a staff member at the entrance with free masks if needed. Inside, all staff members wore masks. Some shoppers pulled their masks down once inside, but that's their issue. The shelves were well stocked, and I was able to find everything I needed. Customer service: The checker was very friendly and helped me open a store savings account so that I could receive a $20 discount on sale items. Much appreciated! The bagger offered to help me to my car, something that I always decline. I'm an able 40yr old woman and would prefer to pass on the help so they could help someone in need. The bagger offered a second time and I declined again. I took a few steps and a gentleman, assuming the manager as he was in a tie, asked to let the bagger help me to my car and return the cart as that was part of their service. I then accepted the help and said that it is a great service to offer. The bagger was friendly and made light conversation on the way to my car and was very careful loading my groceries. Brookeshire's is great! I will always look to shop at one when I'm near one (I live in Austin and haven't seen one around).

I'm no big fan of Brookshire's. Honestly, I just don't care who's name is on the building is. Who owns it or whatever... They are close by and I gotta have groceries right? Lately though, during our pandemic I been shopping there the last couple of times and I noticed, they've really stepped up their game. EVERYBODY I have encountered working there, has a GREAT ATTITUDE. The pharmacy folks, the department people, the cashiers up front, all of them seem to me to be doing a stellar job. I actually look forward to going back there.
