Both lab techs went and had lunch together or at the same time. I arrived and checked in the waited almost an hour just to get blood work. So did many others since there were no lab techs for over an hour. Never heard of all lab techs going to lunch at the same time.

My girlfriend who confirmed she was on Medicaid went there and was denied service.
Further the clinic will not send you a bill instead they want the money upfront.
My boss sends his employees to this clinic when they get injured, but I talking with him these people will not get my money, his money or his employees money.
Furthermore my boss is connected to the better business bureau.
We have annual meetings.
The next time I pop up there , I will be sure to let them know about this particular clinic.
Until the doctor , or who's in charge is fired from their job.
I will not stop informing how terrible they are.
You're a business but your hypocritic oath should put you in a position to bill someone with a broken bone.
It's not an emergency, but it's serious enough.

Brought my 2 year old in on Saturday morning for an ear infection and we were in and out in less than an hour. The staff was excellent and we loved NP Houston. We were impressed with how fast he was seen and definitely will be back when needed.

The only reason they are getting a one star from me is because of the receptionist. I walked into the Urgent care at 12:48 complaining of being dizzy and having a horrible headache. I sat there for an whole hour while they called everybody else in the waiting room to the back. The receptionist went back to see what was going on for me and the nurse told her it wasn't nothing they could do for me but take my blood pressure. They could've told me that an hour ago when I walked in. The nurse never came out and said anything to me. I will never step foot back in this nonprofessional place again.

I took my 2 year old grandson to the Direct Care, and I was very impressed. The nurse, Tamira, was a wonder! She's a real natural with small children. And the PA, Maryellen Smith, really knows what she's about - more clever than a lot of MDs I've come across!
