This place is amazing! We are from Florida. Traveling with three young children I called all the places I could no one had the tire. They didn't either but they ORDERED IT FOR US! Amazing people fast and friendly! Would recommend to anyone who needs help!

We can not say thank you enough to Stearns. They helped us after we experienced car trouble while traveling from. Houston to Seguin. They helped us so much and their customer service was above and beyond.

Bottom plastic cover of our Honda was scraping. Had to pull over in the middle of our road trip. Lucky we were near Stearns and even luckier that they had the greatest mechanics so helpful and generous with their service. Truly appreciate them quickly getting us back on the road.

Worst automotive repair experience I've ever had. Went there for over heating after idling a bit. They replaced a module that didn't even need replaced, broke the clips for it, zip tied it back in place. Then tried to replace something else that didn't need to be replaced which led to my car not starting when I drove it there and I had no issues starting it. Had me pay for a tow truck to REAL mechanics after all of this. Out 750 dollars with a zip tied module in place and my car not fixed. On top of everything, the owner had a horrible attitude towards me the whole time and at one point literally cursing and handing the phone to an employee to speak with me. Very unprofessional and bad business practices.I bet there is zero reply to this in the thread and that acknowledgement should be understood.

My Car was heating up and I stopped at a few places for help. No one really helped me until I stopped at Stearns Automotive. Not only were they very friendly but took care of me and my car. They would Not even accept money from me to fix my car.

Justin is a really nice guy. He diagnosed my issue for me for free and although he wasn't able to fix my turbo on my truck bc no parts available at the time they were very nice and polite and willing to take a look same day as I called and diagnose my problem so I know what I needed. Thanks Justin cheers from Catskills NY we made it home

When stranded in Flatonia for a week, my car got towed in to this shop. To begin, it was safe and secure the entire time. I was not with the vehicle until I went to get my things from it just before it was towed off. This shop was incredibly thorough, proficient, professional, and incredibly supportive to me during this part of my journey. They had to do an initial diagnostic on the car. Then to even possibly fix this car, they dug all the way into the diagnostical process to be sure of what needed to be fixed. While in the end, the car ended up be towed off instead of being fixed, due to everything that was wrong with it (I’d had it maybe 24 hrs) and a decision made mostly by myself, the car company, and with an exceptional full diagnostic from the main mechanic there. I have no doubt in my mind, that this mechanic could have rebuilt the car to make it operable again, if that was even a realistic possibility. Throughout the process the mechanic was in direct and very honest communication with me. His assistant was extremely professional and good at what she did. I was pleased to be able to thank and shake the hands of both of these people. If I could put them in my car bag of emergency supplies to always have with me in my car I would. I highly recommend this shop and appreciate their support and work during this process. From an out of towner passing through.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

We were headed back home from Garner State Park and tore up a tire on our bumper camper! Josh at Moeller was very helpful in getting us the tire we needed and let us borrow a couple tools to take back to our trailer on the roadside. After returning the tools, he kindly checked our other tires. What a wonderful experience! If you are looking for an honest business and great service we recommend this shop!!!

I do business with these folks & have never been disappointed. They repaired the engine in my truck, when no one else could figure out the problem. In addition, I had to match an odd-ball tire on my tractor. They tracked it down & ordered it, at no extra charge. These veterans are fast, efficient, & prices are great. It’s the only place we go for service on our vehicles.
