I'm trying to figure out why my packages status went from "out for delivery" to "you can pick up at the post office" after 2 hours. Now, since it's Saturday, I can't even pick up that package until Monday. I appreciate that.Based on the reviews there seems to be a pattern of not walking packages to the front door. I'm going to file a complaint for USPS misconduct due to intentional delay of mail.Appreciate all your tireless work..

I put 20 cards in my mailbox February 1st going to 5 different states. 23 days later and no one has received a card. The entire group of cards have disappeared.

Sometimes I get mail belonging to my neighbor. I never received some stuff sent to me. I wonder if it got delivered to the wrong address.

Mail is never delivered on a consistent basis. I also get mail for several neighbors in my box weekly. If I'm not mistaken it's not our job to sort the neighborhood mail. It's suppose to be sorted at the post office and delivered to the address on the mail itself. Not just thrown into someone's mailbox for them to deliver. If so I'll need a paycheck from you guys for doing their job. And the carrier has called me on my personal cell phone being rude about my packages and where they need to be left. I live in the rural part of Ferris and my mailbox is across a busy street. They've left them there on the ground, thrown them in my driveway inside and outside the gate, I found one in the middle of the road. And a couple times they actually put them on the designated shelf. The entire staff at those location is pretty incompetent.

I get someone else's mail Almost everyday and my neighbor has brought me mine as well.. I have now got to the point that I only see my own mail maybe once a week and I'm not sure my neighbors care to bring it to the right person anymore because they are probably tired of it. I have gotten packages from the next streets over address and brought it to her 3 times alone this past few months and she was so great full and also happy it didn't end up with someone who would keep it because it was jewelry and stuff she ordered for her wedding!. I really hope they can hire someone who will just take a couple more seconds to look at the address

I have requested several times to have all packages left on my porch and the carrier still will either take the package back to the P.O. or leave it on the ground by the mailbox (which is across the road from me) Today it was a package that was very light and the wind blew it way into the empty field across the road from me (I live in the country) If I had not glanced around (knowing that my pkg was due today) It would have blown away to who knows where or possibly taken by someone else. These mail carriers need to learn better customer service (which means going above and beyond to satisfy the customer) otherwise the postal service is going to continue to loose customers to other delivery companies. And guess what? These mail carriers will lose their jobs.
