About Metro Florist & Gifts

Metro Florist & Gifts is a local florist in Ferris, TX, known for their premium floral arrangements and gift baskets. They offer fast same-day delivery and strive to provide beautiful flowers that enhance special occasions. The shop offers a variety of fresh flowers, including $1 roses, making it an affordable option for customers. However, there have been some issues with delivery, including flowers being left outside and getting damaged. The management's response to customer complaints has been unsatisfactory, with no emphasis on good customer service. Despite this, Metro Florist & Gifts has been able to help customers in a pinch, such as delivering flowers on Valentine's Day for procrastinators. Overall, the shop provides a wide range of fresh and affordable flowers, but there is room for improvement in their delivery and customer service.
