Pete is an excellent guide, and a really nice man. He knows Fayette County. We fished a cold day, but he kept us on fish. 1 afternoon Trip on 12/28 produced 30 bass, and a great time for my son and I. We will definitely fish with Pete again. He is the best guide I have ever used.
Pete Dodges Guide Service (PDGS) provides guided fishing trips on Monday, Wednesday and Friday on Lake Fayette. PDGS is open from October through June. It is best to call Pete directly at (985) 789-2277 to book your trip. This allows us to discuss your desires, customize your trip accordingly and get your trip reserved! After you have spoken with Pete and reserved your trip, you can visit the rates tab on his website and pay electronically. All trips depart and return to the Oak Thicket Park boat dock.
