Over and beyond service! The camp host called us directly in advance of a storm and helped secured our site. Clean restrooms and showers. In addition to this the shade is amazing! (Ice is expensive)

If I could give this place 10 stars for me it would be great it is relaxing quiet beautiful beautiful nature only the lake now has very hot water for bathers I don't think it is a good option otherwise it is great for fishing ? otherwise it does not have a kitchen it does not have to cover yourself with blankets and everything is very far away, so if you want to buy something it won't be in 5 minutes. For me it was great since I only wanted the peace that this place offers

Very well run little campground with only 20 spots and a few cabins. We camped with a travel trailer and will be back.

Do Not come here. Your pets are not allowed whatsoever inside , outside Anywhere on the cabin premises Including registered certified legit emotional support dogs.

If you want to spend time with family in a natural place, this is the perfect place. Restrooms are clean, hot water if you want to take a shower, you have electricity and enough space if you want to use a tent ⛺.You can enjoy the road as well.

Place is pretty, but it was very very hard pulling a large RV with all the low limbs and braches and trying to park in the space. Not enough parking space for our truck and car..

First off, I love Fayette, and this was my second time renting a cabin at Oak Thicket Park. The cabin was clean, and the check-in and check-out procedure was simply. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. I was there with a large kayak fishing tournament that had 140 entrants, and the entire experience was great. My only thing was the water pressure in the shower, but I'm at the lake and really don't care about that feature.
