She's warm and understanding, even during my first visit when I walked in completely run ragged from having dealt with a sick kid-- she gave me the kindness that I needed at that very moment when I was feeling my worst. She represents the pharmacy VERY well, and for that reason made me feel like a valued customer. Well done, Charlene!(side note: the other team members don't quite give the same level of warmth, unfortunately. I would recommend a quick chat about how a smile goes a long way)”

“Love Kroger! This company is always great and their produce is always fresh. In California we go to their sister company named Ralph's but here in Texas the building is much bigger. Loved how every area had some sort of station set up. Bakery, butcher, cheese, wine, sushi, deli, and pharmacy. Lots of space throughout all the aisles. Plenty of parking and a gas station with rewards to get a discount. Prices are fair and similar to those in California. Recommended for your grocery needs.”

“Clean grocery store and the sale is awesome. Prices are a bit higher on a normal days, but their sale items are pretty good. Download their app and use digital coupons will save you quite a bit of money. Their produce are fresh and last awhile for us in the refrigerator. They have self check out and it is hardly busy. It's in a shopping center with plenty of parkings.”

“One of the best organic markets in Rockwall. The grill is amazing, people there are friendly and helpful. If you are looking to live a healthier lifestyle or heal yourself naturally this is the spot to be. My favorites from the grill are the cabbage jack quesadillas, red lentil soup, and the ramen bowls. From the market I tend to get seamoss gel, protein (chicken, beef, fish), and veggies.”

“This is our local grocery store and they do have the freshest fruits/ vegetables. The store is very clean and and 95% of employees are very nice and helpful however there is a manager in the meat department by the name Joe that is very unprofessional and always has an attitude about everything . I have had numerous interactions with him and every time is the same attitude to the point where i can't enjoy the rest of my shopping. It seems to me that the meat department has gone down hill. I use to deal with a young gentleman named Gavin i believe and he was always very helpful and never gave me an attitude like Joe does. I now skip the meat counter just so i don't have to deal with him. Other than that the store is very nice just stay away from Joe!”

Super friendly, helpful etc. Person who runs cashier if I’m not wrong goes by the name Bryce. always helps me when I need help with something, makes the lines move fast and just really nice to talk to him when u need to grab by to get something. “Such a little local gem in Rockwall! I never thought much of this spot since it is a gas station, I just thought it was like any other gas station. However I noticed there was signs for local dairy, farm eggs, coffee, bread, etc! I stopped in and loved the local goods. They had some beautiful farm fresh eggs, jars of orange juice and coffee, they usually have produce and milk as well. They also have a ton of $4 vinyls. There is also an ice cream cabinet with pints from Its Fate Creamery, for sale no more than they charge and the ice cream shop. Tons of jams, pickles, etc. The owner was awesome, and I love his variety of local goods!”

“While it's just Walmart, I have to say, I prefer this location over the one in Rockwall any day. The convenience and selection here are unbeatable. Despite being a large chain store, this Walmart manages to maintain a clean and organized environment. The staff are always helpful and friendly, which makes the shopping experience pleasant. I don't mind making the trip because I know I'll find what I need here, and the service is consistently great. If you're in the area, I highly recommend checking out this Walmart location.”

“I was pleasantly surprised at Kroger today. Had to make a large a large run, both my Mother and I have not been able to shop for some time. After loading up I got into an open check out lane. I was so tired! I just got out of the hospital 2 weeks ago still week. A young man (Alexandra) jumped in and emptied my cart! I couldn't believe it! Between he and the cashier I was in/out with an order (over 200) in minutes ! What a treat! I could not have wished for better service at a time I really needed it. Both kids were sweet and friendly. Thank you!”

“I love the convenience of this place despite some items that other stores do carry (mostly due to dietary preferences) but the prices are reasonable for the produce and beverages I rely on, the staff is always willing to address my concerns, this brand of Safeway stores has an EV vehicle charger that seems to be common to numerous Tom Thumb stores, I do appreciate how orderly it is inside that could be a hit or miss in the parking lot area in terms of litter since I deal with this kind of stuff at my position as a courtesy clerk, and most of all this location is a breeze to shop at when no one is panic buying against winter storms during the day and at night.”
