“I have been here twice so far, and on both occasions I was serviced by Charlene. What an incredible team member! She's warm and understanding, even during my first visit when I walked in completely run ragged from having dealt with a sick kid-- she gave me the kindness that I needed at that very moment when I was feeling my worst. She represents the pharmacy VERY well, and for that reason made me feel like a valued customer. Well done, Charlene!(side note: the other team members don't quite give the same level of warmth, unfortunately. I would recommend a quick chat about how a smile goes a long way)”
“I like Aldi's. I get what I can here before going to the big stores. I can grab 70% of what I need and save a lot. I buy a lot of meats and can get it on sale often. Veggies are good and I also enjoy the Winking Owl wine. Low cost and decent quality what else could you want!”

“Very clean, well-organized and good management. However, I am deducting a star because of outrageous prices. I live 2 minutes from this store and rarely shop there because they are so over-priced. I'm talking $6 for a bag of chips and over $5 for a small box of mac and cheese. Produce is high too. Probably 30-50% higher. I feel they assume everyone around here is made of money? I don't know but it's a big turn-off. I stick to Kroger and will be making the drive to HEB when they build one in Rockwall (coming 2025). No thank you to these prices!”
“I ordered deli trays from the .com area last Thursday to be picked up on Sunday evening for a luncheon on Monday. All 3 trays were beautifully packaged and presented. Ruby and Melanie did a fabulous job! The luncheon had rave reviews and I needed to make sure these two ladies knew it. Thanks for job well done.”
“Generally the curbside is a convenience for sure. Frequently out of stock items though. If you buy alcohol you must type in all of your own info from your drivers license... somewhat defeating the purpose of the curbside convenience.”
“I gave this store a five because the pharmacy is awesome. The pharmacy staff is very much on task, and if it wasn't for them my son would have gotten the wrong dosage of medicine. So I am so grateful to that whole staff for getting on it and correcting it. Second, I want to compliment the bakery/deli. Today I went in there and it was so neat and clean and the food looked good and fresh. Usually, some of the Walmarts that I've been in, the chicken looks burnt, and unedible, and crispy,but all their food looked delicious and the chicken looked golden and I had to get some. So with that being said, I would like to add that Mindy, who was working in the deli, is doing a good job on keeping it nice and clean, and keeping the food fresh, and good. I also would like to point out that Andy in the pharmacy is always very nice and helpful as well, he's such an awesome person and love how he go above and beyond for the customers.”
“I’ve been coming to this pharmacy since this Tom Thumb opened and it’s my preferred pharmacy. Mina is a wonderful pharmacist and Christian, Michelle, and the rest of the staff are very helpful and kind. My dog is usually with me when I pick up prescriptions at the drive through and the staff is always so sweet to her and they give her treats which means a lot to me. I wish I could complement each of the staff by name but I know them more by their faces than their names. They are a wonderful group of people and I’m so glad they are my neighborhood pharmacy!”

“I never leave reviews for Walmart, but felt like I NEEDED to get on and shoutout a cashier named Aleeta. She was checking out a lady in front of me. She started by emptying out the customers basket for her. The customer proceeded to ask for a price check for almost every item in her cart. After everything was rang up, and some items removed, the customer still had questions about prices and her purchases. Aleeta stayed professional, courteous, and patient. At this point, she had been serving this customer for over 20 minutes, then the customer had a problem checking out with her card and Aleeta even walked around to the other side to help her with that. I was quite pleased with Aleeta’s attitude in a situation when anyone could have become frustrated, even me who was waiting to be checked out next. Even when it was my turn to check out, Aleeta didn’t bad-mouth the lady, she just felt glad that she could help her. Wow! That is the type of customer service that I would like to see EVERYWHERE. She was a great representative for your store.”
“Best Dollar General I’ve ever been too. Super friendly, helpful etc. Person who runs cashier if I’m not wrong goes by the name Bryce. always helps me when I need help with something, makes the lines move fast and just really nice to talk to him when u need to grab by to get something. Definitely would recommend this dollar general!”
“We usually shop at the Royse City store since it's closer to us and traffic is much better around it but we found the Rockwall store to be stocked much better. We were able to find everything on our list and the employees were very nice.”

“There is nothing special to say. It's Wal-Mart. One lane with a checkout person, but a dozen lanes for self checkout. This is silly because most times, someone has to assist anyway.”

“Love Kroger! This company is always great and their produce is always fresh. In California we go to their sister company named Ralph's but here in Texas the building is much bigger. Loved how every area had some sort of station set up. Bakery, butcher, cheese, wine, sushi, deli, and pharmacy. Lots of space throughout all the aisles. Plenty of parking and a gas station with rewards to get a discount. Prices are fair and similar to those in California. Recommended for your grocery needs.”
