I ordered a 26' truck, the fuel tank was completely empty. I also ordered 2 dozen pads for furniture and 2 furniture dollies and they didn't have for me when I arrived. There was no notification from the company that let me know these items were not going to be available for use until I arrived to pick up the truck . This did not allow me any time to decide to keep my reservation or make other arrangements because I had movers coming out that day. Because of their negligence and no notification ahead of time of missing rented items, a lot of my furniture got damaged in the move.
