“The owner was a very nice man, I was only there for about 10-15 minutes. The drive there was longer than actually being there. They helped me out free of charge and his employee Aaron was a huge help. He got the paint off my bumper without putting a claim on my insurance. 10/10 will be back for any collision repair needs.”

“I bought an old car with an old, out of state license plate. I tried all the internet tricks to get the rusted bolts off. I researched and saw that one person online with a similar problem (in another state) was charged over $200 just for replacing the tag at their mechanic's! This was steep, but I needed it done. I also needed them to drill holes for the front license plate as well. I went into Big D prepared to sink further into debt for such a silly problem. When it came time to pay, I thought he'd made a mistake when he said it was under $40 AND I'd also gotten an oil change! They charged me NOTHING for the tags! Right now, I have a beater I need to baby for a bit and was looking for a mechanic after just moving here 4 months ago. I am beyond grateful to have found one. Thank you, Big D - you guys are amazing and I can see why your ratings are so high. I'll be talking you up from here on out.”

“I first found out about this store when I had a car battery that went dead. Someone gave me a quick jump and I went to a garage and they are the ones that told me that interstate battery would be able to replace my battery. From the time I got there until the time I left with my new car battery installed, it was less than 30 minutes. Since that time, I take my watches to them when the batteries die, and the salesman quickly replaces them with new batteries. If you have any batteries that you use for your garage door opener or perhaps your fan, remote, they have a large selection of those batteries that are always so difficult to find. I was there last week, and while a gentleman was replacing a watch battery for me, I found several very bright flashlights that also flash red or will stay solid red. I bought two of them for my son and his wife so that they can keep them in their glove compartment in case of an emergency. I highly recommend Interstate All Battery Center.”

“This group of people are extremely friendly and treat you like family. One of the best if not the best dealerships I've ever been to. They are extremely attentive and genuinely care about you. I remember I was there to get my battery replaced and I asked about a Subaru authorized modification. And instead of talking me into it, they told me that u probably shouldn't because it wasn't going to be as good as I thought. The part was a footwell illumination kit.”

“I took my car here for a vacuum leak and Brian fixed it with the type of positive care described here by other comments. But thats not what ultimately caught my attention. My Dad has an older model BMW that had some real specific problems that Brian admitted he wasn't too familiar with. So you mean you're not going to pretend you know what your doing, try and fix it potentially causing more problems then charge me for labor? AN HONEST MECHANIC??!! Ya don't say.....”
