The station on 4701 State Ave Kansas city Ks has always gone far and beyond with friendliness and courtesy. However, at 1:00 pm today (Sat) 2-23-19 my son entered the store and got a diet coke. The cashier wasn't friendly and while taking my sons money the cashier asked my son if he'd be interested in herbal life to lose weight. This is insulting and bullying. It's very inappropriate to suggest weight loss to customers when it's a gas station for Pete's sake. Very inappropriate customer service. This shouldn't have happened. This service doesn't even merit one star. Please do something about employee to customer bullying. There's a correct way to treat people giving you their money.
