I just recently moved to Lakehaven and within 2 weeks, 3 amazon packages have not made it to me. Shows it was left in parcel box. Please have your mail carriers to do a better job at putting things in box or simply bring it to my door.

Such kind and helpful people work at this location! Every time I go in I leave with a smile on my face…..which is definitely not the case at other USPS locations.The lady that delivers to our house is just as nice! She gives treats to my puppies and brings our packages all the way up our drive. Thankful for her!

Have had several times now that packages did not show up, and the local post office driver or whoever would mark it as unable to deliver or like this time that I had set it to want to be picked up. Which is a lie. Really gets old. Wish amazon would drop usps for delivery.

These people are a bunch of frauds and steal packages. They’ve stolen a bunch of packages from our business. They mark the packages as delivered or they say they could not access the property or they say they left the packages on the front porch, or some locker but none of those are true. Contacted the post master, Sedrick Oliver and he lied to me repeatedly that the delivery lockers were full; when i asked him why they didn’t deliver after or why they did not state that on the tracking instead of marking the packages as “delivered”, he hang up every time!!!. THEY ALL NEED TO BE ARRESTED FOR PROPERTY THEFT!!!!

By far the top post office in this region. From top to bottom every employee cares about your mail and parcels being delivered to your location accurately and on time. The Postmaster(Cedric) and supervisors (Dave and Tressa) do everything in their power to ensure your satisfaction everyday! I had the pleasure of working with them for 2-1/2 years and can assure you that they are the best!
