Horrible customer service from a small town shop! I bought a sweater not knowing it had a hole in the side. When I went to exchange/return the sweater, they didn't attempt to make it right at all because I didn't have the actual receipt and stated even so their sales are final! I still had proof of purchase which she didn't care to see. She knew exactly how much I paid for the sweater based on when I told her I purchased it. They offered me 30% of what I paid for the sweater in store credit! Like I would want to buy something else from them! Very disappointing for a small town shop to behave in this manner. This is what drives people away from shopping at a small business!

Amber and Heidi have the cutest things at The Nest! Their prices are very reasonable, and I love all the farmhouse style things!!! They also will do custom things for you and I’m all for that! Go in and check them out!!

TikTok made me buy the wax and I’m so glad I did!!! From a fellow Texan, I loved each scent and will order more in the future! So far my favorite is Sweet Grace and Diva! I can’t wait to try fierce! Shipping was quick and the website is so easy to navigate! Thank you all!!!

I love shopping at the Nest! They have a large selection of cute home decor and the best smelling candles! Plus many other things such as custom wood decor and T-shirts. Everything is fairly priced and great quality. Plus the ladies that work there are SUPER kind!
