The machines don't work. Put $3.50 in a washer, came back in 30 minutes, nothing washed. There's no number to call, i guess I'll try the BBB. Dirty, with water standing everywhere. Good luck if you try this place.

This place is a major disappointment. It smells bad it’s dingy. It’s crowded. I personally will never come here again and if it asked to recommended, I definitely would not. I wish I had something nice to say about LQ laundry but unfortunately, I do not.

The dryers are awful! I spent more than an hour and a half drying, and my clothes were still wet. The temperatures were too low, I tried multiple others, and it was all the same!! I prefer driving 35 minutes to Princeton, TX, than ever coming back.

No way will I spend another quarter in this raggedy place. Most of the washers and dryers have tape over coin slot and the ones that don’t should I’ll hand wash and hang dry before they get my money again.

Don't even bother.Me, my father, and sibling went to do laundry AT 8:00 PM. The lady there saw me come in and proceeded to tell me, and I quote, "My Manger told me that since no one is here I can close early. If you walk out that door I'm shutting down."Door say 7am to 10pm. Online is the same. I told her I only had a few clothing to wash and she proceeded to be extremely rude to me. My dad went in to tell her that it's 8:05pm and it says they close at 10pm. Update your hours or smth people. If I could give 0 stars I would.Washing and drying two loads took 30-40min. 90% of the machines don't work and the ones that do are the most expensive ones. Dryers can't even dry a thin fleece blanket after 3 cycles.Don’t waste your time here. Go to Princeton. They are nice, clean, AND stay open to their correct hours.

Most of the washing machines are broken, and the ones that do work, the doors don't shut right. Driers' temps run really low, so put on some extra time. It's a really small laundromat, to be expected in a small town, but doesn't really seem that anyone maintains the location. Also it's very difficult to get a cart out of the location to take your laundry to your vehicle.

They have 12 smaller washer machines that are $3.00, but only 3 work. They also have six large $5.00 washer machines that all work. And when you use the dryers, it's like playing the lottery; you don't know if it's going to get hot enough to dry your clothes. I'm giving it one star because most if not all of those washing machines that are broken have been broken for months.

Who ever is in charge of closing was very rude I got here at 9:20 said it takes 30 minutes to wash a load and said she was closing explained to her it was an emergency because my washer stoped working and my clothes was soaked she prosodies to talk over me and literally starts yelling saying closing because I have another job I have to be at.. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD.

This laundry mat is small and half of the machines don't work. There's a man with a half shirt on when you walk in that just sits there with his back pack. I went there to wash my comforter and thank goodness the machine I picked actually worked. The prices on the machines are not accurate. It said 5.00 but I had to put 5.50 to get the machine to start. I wish there were more options to wash in Farmersville but it is what it is and I was able to wash my comforter.

I hate that I have to leave town to do my laundry but I've had enough of this place.Last night my clothes- scrubs included were in the dryers. I was using three of them. I returned from Family Dollar at 920pm and all the lights were off. Doors were locked! Employee had been sitting in her car at 840pm on her phone. Why didn't she wait for me to get my items!? I didn't have any scrubs to wear to work.The sign was illuminated saying "--EN" (broken) and hours say 10p on the door!!! Google says 10p! Update your hours or don't close early.Prior experiences- broken washer didn't fill with water. Owner was not helpful and wouldn't reimburse me for my wash.Another incidence, I had went to dollsr general and returned to a male customer moving my items from a washer to a dryer. I found it unsettling since those are my personal items!! My clothes weren't just lingering in the washer for an extended period of time.I wish there were another facility in town.

The place was clean. They have a lot of washers and dryers. Some of the washers were broken but still had plenty that works

This place needs to fix their machines or replace them and the dryers don't get hot enough even on the hot temp. Ends up costing more and they still aren't dry. It smells and get rid of the nasty chairs inside and out. I wouldn't sit in one. Might get bed bugs.

Use a different laundromat. Most machines are broken. When they are not identified as broken they still do not work. If I could give zero stars I would.
