0 would be more appropriate as we were fortunate enough to avoid this collision center. Owner says he won’t give a quote to fix body damage but he can fix it and give a price after. Never heard of not offering a quote for services. Took our vehicle elsewhere and got a quote that day

If I could rate them a 0/5 I would. Refused to give me back my keys. And when I told them I would call the cops they threw my keys at me. Very unprofessional experience. Won’t own up to their mistakes and blamed it on someone else, even though my insurance paid for it all. Russell is a very rude man, cussing out customers when there are children in the car is very unnecessary. I will never go back. Definitely will take my money/car somewhere else.Service: Body & Trim

The professionalism is unsettling. To talk to a customer and throw keys at them is outrages. You make money off insurance companies and screw over the customer just sad.
