I've been trying for several days to transfer and fill a prescription, ran out of meds today so went in only to find the pharmacy closed and the staff sitting around outside the door because they don't have a pharmacist on site. This is over an hour after they are scheduled to open.

Terrible waited in a long line only to have the incompetent people not be able to find my insurance, never have any problems at Dyer drugs, emergency room sent my prescription here by mistake

Staff here is so pleasant to deal with. A little longer line than what I’m used to, but worth it knowing that the people I’ll deal with at the front actually care.

Absolutely ridiculous spending OVER 30 mins standing in line to pick up medications. We will definitely be switching pharmacies. This happens every time. This pharmacy has went completely downhill since the switch.

When this was Brookshire’s Pharmacy it was great. But ever since Walgreens bought them out it has gone downhill fast!The drive-thru window is never open due to being “understaffed”, they never answer the phone and when they do you’re likely to get hung up on. The line backs up forever inside the store if you go around peak times. No more quick trips to pickup prescriptions.The saving grace I guess is the staff is still plenty friendly for the most part.

Phone hangs up multiple times. Promised to fill my BP med well before 7pm closing. Then was told at 5:20 pm that they were closing early because Brookshires was closing. Now script is tied up with them so Wylie store can't fill it. 2 days without med. Offer 3 LOANER pills if I drive 24 miles to Wylie and back with icy roads. Incompetent is too nice a word. Farmersville store is a joke. Wylie isn't much better. Said they'd have to order it....then called back and said they'd found some. Scary huh? Was it in the trash bin? I'm done.

I’m giving them a shot, usually use Walmart, but they don’t always have all my meds in stock, Brookshires seems to, so far no problems, will update if poor service or 5 star excellent service

I love this pharmacy. They are always super nice and helpful. I have never had a problem with them. My prescriptions are always quick and timely. Love this store!!!

They don't answer the phone a good 50%of the time. The wait times are long and the refill times take 2-3 days usually. BUT the people who work the window are always nice to me, so that's a plus.

I just had the best customer service I’ve had anywhere in ages! I’m so glad to see Brookshire’s returning to carrying out for their for customers! Sierra was my cashier and was super friendly and the young man who took my groceries to the truck (I hate that I missed his name!) was so courteous and polite! Congrats to Brookshire’s!

This place is horrible! I put in to fill an essential medicine on Thursday, this is now Monday (after having to go all weekend without the medicine) they still do not have it ready! They don't bother to call you or notify you that it will be delayed or the reason for the delay. This is not the first time this has happened. On top of that, multiple different times they tried to give me a thyroid medicine that is not mine! Very incompetent!!

Good service, have used many times the last 10 years. Friendly staff, and will try to get you your prescription filled if you walk up at the last minute. However, always call ahead which works best. They are busy.

Just one cashier checking customers out. Not the same since last manager. Customer Service is horrible now.
