“Leave it to me to not read a sign and get stuck in mud tonight.If I could give 10 stars I would. After calling my insurance to request a tow, they were unable to find a company that would be able to assist me. I called 10 plus tow service companies, and once I told them that I was stuck in mud, these companies were not able to help. I even called the police department and that was a fail, but Hooker’s Recovery came without hesitation and the driver made it there fast! With the help of a few other guys, I have to say that these men were a life saver! They actually pushed my vehicle out of the mud, and I am forever grateful! It’s not often that we come across kind, caring and thoughtful people, that will go out of their way to turn another person’s unfortunate situation around. We often get so caught up in just doing our job, that we don’t think about the impact that you just had on the next person. I don’t remember the drivers name only because I was literally in a panic, but you are very much appreciated sir!!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart…”

“We met Brandon a few months back when we brought in one of our sxs in for typical fluids changed and a check over. We brought our other sxs in for him to put steps on and while it was there he went over it and found major catastrophic failure in the front end amongst other issues. This sxs was only a few months old and least than 100 hours. We took it back to the dealer and showed them everything Brandon had found and thank goodness they are standing behind it and fixing everything. If Brandon hadn’t have looked it over and found these major issues someone possibly could have been hurt. We are always in this sxs with all our grandkids. We are so very grateful for him. We will always bring our sxs to him only. He is honest, fair and covers all safety issues he comes across.”

James was 10000% honest after looking at them & said they were not needed and didn't charge. In a world full of questions he provided an honest answer and didn't charge for the appraisal.
