I arrived early to get some money out of the bank. I feel asleep in my car forgetting the clock was not set I went to the door. The door was locked. I soon remembered about the clock I set back down. Soon someone at the telling me live. I refused so he called the police. The police arrived he could ask me live because private property so left. I parked around the side layer seeing that two people was waiting in front door and minutes a lady showed up . All were in front right in front the door. I had to because of policy no had to in front before the bank opened to see how they setup but they could stay in front the door before the bank opened. I would not bank at this wells wells fargo.

I do not bank here, but I have to come in weekly for work. My experience for the past 3 months has been great. A lot better than other locations in the area. Everyone is very attentive. Little to no wait. They have at least 3 to 4 tellers at a time. I would recommend this location.

I HATE when I have no choice but to go to this banking location. The people who work there are rude, and slow as all heck! I've seen at other locations 1 person get five lanes of cars processed and out within 5 minutes or less, NOT at this place.. They service one car at a time, and take forever doing it. I was there just this morning making a deposit and it took literally 20 minutes just to do that. I was late to work because of them. I rang the call button and they were like, yes may i help you? and i was like, yea, you can finish my transaction i started 20 minutes ago!!! No apology but the guy responded, we are short staffed and i was helping a customer that was here before you. Then when i got my receipt.. Not "thank you" or "sorry about the wait"... literally no word at all, kinda like I was the jerk here. I always try to do my Wells fargo banking up around my home, Lewisville, north Carrollton, heck, I'm even ok with the one in Irving compared to this one (and that one was the bad one before i stumbled upon this location!). Only go to this location if you absolutely have to, otherwise, you'll be glad if you went to a different location, maybe the one you normally go to or something.

Location is a little difficult to get to but the customer service I experienced was phenomenal! This is the nearest Wells Fargo to my office and I've had to go several times and I've never had an issue. They are also pretty quick at the service lanes, and they have one of the new nice ATMs.

ok, to bank with wells fargo is already bad, but this branch is the example of going from bad to worst, I have to go a couple times a week thru commercial drive thru... well.. first the waiting time was 5 to 10 minutes, then it went up to 15... today 25 to 30 minutes waiting in the car... it is ridiculous...the excuse was "I am the only one in this branch who speaks spanish and I had to help a customer in here" so, isn't there anyone else in the branch who can help with the ones waiting outside while she resolves her issue in there? I wasn't the only one waiting out there by the way...
