Unorganized and unprepared to provided our vaccinations that were scheduled utilizing the Walgreens website. All online information that we provided was not retreavable by the pharmacy staff. Customer service was average at best. My experience at CVS was 100 times better. Will not be back.

I made an appointment online to get the Covid 19 Booster. I was given an authorization number. This store was a little ways out for me but I figured I had to get it done. I get there 15 min early and the girl at the pharmacy said she tried to call everyone to let them know they were out of the vaccine. I explained that I never received a call, only to be told she didn't have me listed for an appointment. I showed her my Authorization number and she had a blank look on her face like she had no idea what I was showing her. She said sorry and I expressed my concerns that I had to make the trip out of my way, but again..blank look. I'll never come to this Walgreens again! I ended up making an appointment online with CVS, which I should've done in the first place!

I live out of town and was in the area for a concert when my car was broken into. My prescription medications were taken during the break in. I am a heart patient and these meds were very important. I came to this pharmacy today and they were able to help me get things situated. They helped put me at ease during a stressful situation. I'll be forever thankful for what this pharmacy did.

i ahve walking disablity and called twice to make sure i could get passport photo, was assured everything was ok, just left after waiting 15 minutes at counter while they looked for a camera they say they now do not have. Won't step foot in this or any other walgreens ever again, they must be run by the same people who run the mcdonalds across the street, or maybe this corner of josey and valley view is just worthless

I have come here several times in the last several months because I work nearby. Whenever I have a cold or need a greeting card Etc I come here to get them. The first thing that I noticed about this store is that it seems like it is a lot larger than the Walgreens that is close to my house. I am not certain whether or not they build these in different sizes but I can tell you this one seems a lot larger. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have never had an encounter of him being less than professional or rude. Some of my visit the line has taken a little longer than others but overall they tend to move the lines pretty quickly. I typically stick to the Necessities on my visit to Walgreens or any other Pharmacy. It seems that most things you pay convenience store type pricing on so if it is something I can wait for I usually do.

First time coming here in this location and I loved how friendly the staffs are. They accommodated me with all the things I needed and left a positive mark on me. The place is clean and organized.

The pharmacist shorted my prescription. Unfortunately I did not count my pills. When I noticed that the prescription was shot I called and they said they couldn't do anything about that. From now on I am going to count my pill at the pharmacy when they hand them to me. That is the first time in my life I have ever had a problem with a pharmacy.

I was unhappy with service when they would not exchange a defective propane tank. I go there every day but I now am reconsidering.

The store is ok but the pharmacy is a NO for me. I went in today to pick up my 1 month olds medicine and turns out I have to get a smaller syringe. We went back and this time I got off and there's 3 workers. 1 working the drive thru, another at the front desk with a customer and another there somewhere. Well it's taking a longggg time and I'm waiting and the consultant area since I just need to know where it's at and to get it, well the lady at the drive thru got done and went to the front desk to get another customer while I'm still there waiting. Then I ask the Indian lady that was there STILL with the same customer if she can just tell me where it's at or what and she gives me an attitude telling me to hold on. She blew me off with an attitude. I'm not sure what her name was but she was an Indian older woman. I just left, I wasn't going to stay there with that kind of attitude. I wouldn't recommend this place. I have been going there for years for medications and for my children but I may just change that now!
