This company is fraudulent please beware. When someone purchases new equipment you'd think that you'd get new equipment. Unfortunately, Vision Video Security sells you some new equipment while the other half is used so please check all of your product and invoices for any discrepancies. Also, they do monitoring but when a incident occurs you aren't informed but them one bit. When you call in to talk to the monitors you get a voicemail because nobody is working to look at your system.As I said before PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
