Every time I go there is a rude woman who literally doesn’t even say hi or talk with us! When you speak with her she acts like you’re annoying her with your presence in the post office trying to mail anything.
Yesterday our mail man literally threw all his trash on the sidewalk after delivering the mail, tall really skinny Afro-American guy… of course they didn’t answer the phone when I called several times to complain

This shipping company is the worst, the carriers keep your packages that cost you so much work to find the money to buy or they do not deliver it to the right place and the worst thing is then they do not find a solution to return it, it is the worst company that exists

Just want to acknowledge the patience and calm composure of the workers helping a very rude customer demanding her package, calling them liars, and crying for 15-20 minutes. Very professional!

Visited April 10, 2024 at 2:03pm. When I entered I found an African American young woman (clerk) was sleeping at work. Shen then reluctantly assisted and with her mask on she explained how to use the keypad, she talked fast as if everyone is familiar with their system. When I tried to confirm and asked her of next step, she shouted to her co-worker asking why people don't understand what she explained. What a rude woman, no manner at all. I think she is perfect to work at Amazon warehouse.

Very rude, and not patient at all. I get it it's hot and it's busy. But there's no need for the attitude, and they act like if they are doing the people a favor. If you don't like it find something different instead. Stay away from this location, the one on Royal lane is much better.

Please stop loosing mail! Ofter times, I have packages show as delivered, I go to the mailbox and it's not there. Sometimes, I get mail for others with the street number of my house... but a different street name. Where is the quality control, SMH. I cringe when a company sends me something via USPS.

I've had two packages go missing while living in this area. One has been "In Transit" since Oct 23,2023. The other, an engagement ring, was delivered to the wrong box and probably stolen.

Mail delivery personnel can’t read addresses. I have repeatedly gotten random peoples mail for months and they still can’t deliver anything correctly.

This service is awful. They lied for an attempted delivery that was never attempted. I went in the post office to cash a USPS money order that was verified on the USPS website and Mariam Schimm. She played like she could not find the money order in their system, but I had it pulled up in their system. She still denied it. I went down the street to the post office on Royal, and they cashed it in less than 3 minutes.

A delivery was delivered to the wrong address. They retrieved it the same day I notified them and delivered it the next day ... though it required some patience in sitting on hold for a while ... at the end of the day, the post office hand delivered my delivery to my front door which I feel is top-notch service. Kudos on them for providing great customer service.
