Every other place has no idea if the previous owner took good care of the car.My rep was Ashley. I started online and requested a test drive. She is very nice to work with and excellent at her job. Not pushy, friendly, accommodating, takes her time with you to be sure you have all questions answered. The test drive was good and I recommend having her go with you so she can answer questions about the car as you think of them! I ended up getting more off of my total cost because the tires did not all match, nor did the car have a spare, and I wanted to account for their replacement. The staff were helpful, reasonable, and timely. I am so grateful to have found them when I did.”
“I have SO many great things to say about this dealership that I don't even know where to start. I had my eye on this certain car, but I also had a certain number I wanted my payments at. Sean & Cris did absolutely everything they could to work with me & ended up getting me the payments I wished for! The whole process was seamless. I decided to sell my car privately instead of trading it in, which was quite a process, and Sean was SO patient with me throughout the whole process. He updated me every day on my new car, reassuring me that it was safe & taken care of. I had to purchase the vehicle sight unseen because I am 5 hours away from them & as I mentioned earlier, I had my heart set on this certain car. Sean went out of his way to send me numerous videos & pictures detailing EVERY INCH of this car. I had many questions & Sean & Cris had an answer for every single one. “Great experience. John (the sales manager) and Frank (the salesman) made this so easy. We bought my wife's last Outlander from here 5 years ago, so called and John sent me a text with price for the vehicle we "thought" we would get. Went in next morning and actually bought a different Outlander and he was able to accommodate all our needs. Had a problem with turn signal switch a week after I bought it. Just by chance I called Mr Reza and told him about it he said bring it over and he took care of the problem. No charge. “I would like to communicate that I spoke to one of the top managers from this business and after discussing the items, these issues are be resolved. Communication is so important, when two people are willing to treat each other with respect and listen so that they can resolve issues, it makes all the difference. Customer service is one of my top priorities and based on the conversation that I had this afternoon with them, this business showed that each and every customer is important to them, and that they value customer service. Thank you Auto Park!I spoke to the sales person several times to confirm the condition of the vehicle. I stressed my concerned of how loud I thought the car was, but I was told no it is not and there’s no issues with the car. When I receive the car to my surprise, I found several things not right with the car and of course, some of these things were very minor, but again I was surprised that a top Dealership, which I normally deal with did not take care of these issues before the car was delivered. The first item was there was no antenna on the car, the second item is the rearview mirror was not attached properly to the vehicle therefore, it just wobble, the third item was the exhaust system had been totally replaced. It sounded like a card that a teenager was would drive. It was so loud on the inside of the car you couldn’t hear yourself think , then, the next day when it rain it’s a convertible top the top leaked and now there is water on the inside, and the last item is the brakes when you press on the brakes, it’s clear that the brakes are terrible. When you press on the brakes, the entire car shakes. When I called to speak to a manager, I was not able to contact one, after a couple of hours. I spoke to a manager and he told me he was too busy with current customers and that he would try to get back to me. Again, I had this vehicle shipped to me. I paid cash in advance and they promised me if there were any issues with the car they would make good on it and now they’re not. I would advise everyone not to purchase a vehicle from this dealership unless you go look at it in person , do not buy a vehicle and have it shipped to you to learn later later that there’s a number of items wrong with the vehicle I am so disappointed I purchased vehicles all the time and I have never been treated this way, so I just wanted to warn others.And if there’s any questions, please reach out to me because I have documentation from everyone that I went to to document the items wrong with the car.”
