I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Legacy Collins 8” pool table from Universal Billiards (Dallas store) , and I cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding service I received from Nicole Paschall, as well as the exceptional installation by Trey Wood and Levi Traina. Additionally, I want to extend my sincere thanks to Daniel Mcintire and Michael Smith for their exceptional post-sale service.
From the moment I walked into Universal Billiards showroom, Nicole greeted me with a warm smile and expert guidance. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, offering valuable insights and recommendations that ultimately led to the perfect pool table for my home. Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable.
The installation process, led by Trey Wood and Levi Traina, was nothing short of exceptional. Their attention to detail and precision during the installation ensured that the pool table was set up perfectly. We just had a beautiful pool table and a Foosball table installed today. Amazing quality! The delivery crew (Moose, Happy, & Hopper) were fantastic, very professional, and did a quick and clean install. Definitely recommend.

The whole process was smooth, fun, and easy. We now have a great Pool Table. Greg in the showroom escorted us showing different styles. He was personable, professional, and listened to our questions and concerns. He guided us to narrow our search.And Moose and Hopper delivering and setting it up. They were very prompt. Showed up at the allotted time. They were professional and efficient. They showed me the final beautiful table and clearly went over things. All in all and great experience. I would highly recommend Universal Billiards to anyone asking.

I recently bought a Legacy pool table through Universal Billiards. I rarely write reviews, but these guys deserve one because the entire experience couldn't have been improved upon. I purchased through their Farmer's Branch location and worked with Andrew. Initially went in about 10 minutes before they closed because that was the earliest I could get there before work. He was kind enough to stay late and advise me on tables, felts, various options, etc. About a week later I pulled the trigger and ordered it.
It was around the holidays so they had to get it from the manufacturer which took about 4 weeks- completely understandable. Once it came in, I worked with Andrew and Greg to schedule the delivery and install. I live in a condo building on the 7th floor, and have a bit of a tight staircase to maneuver, but I got them all the details and they said it wouldn't be a problem.
On the day of the delivery, Trey and Casey were my install team. Consummate professionals. Apparently this table was a tough one to assemble, but these two knocked it out in a few hours. To the owners- give these guys bonuses!
Small family owned businesses are all too often a dying breed. But there will always be room for the level of direct, friendly, and prompt service exhibited by the folks at Universal. They've certainly earned a customer for life in me!

Thor and Hopper moved my son’s billiards table. They were friendly and knowledgable about the table and quickly disassembled and reassembled it from room to room. My son loves the new color felt and says it plays fast. Bryan S. scheduled the move and kept me in the loop about felt arrival and when the guys were headed to my house. Universal Billiards is top-notch and runs like a well-oiled machine! I’m so glad we purchased our table from them!

Poor service. Left my name and phone number. They were going to get info on two pool cues and call me. Cues were out of stock. Benn 6 months and no call.
