“A few days ago my 16 year old son was hit hard by a negligent driver. When I got there I saw the car and new it was likely totaled and I needed a tow. I called 2 places first, one the lady who answered clearly did not want my business and I got a time frame through persistence, it was 2-3 hours. I called the tow company that my body shop recommended on their after hours voice mail, he asked me if we could just do it tomorrow since he was pretty busy.I was really at my wits end, I called Northstar Towing expecting more of this insane B.S. and the gentleman who answered was polite and attentive. I told him where I was and that I needed a tow, he told me it would be about 25 minutes!!!! My father was with me and he said yeah right, more like 2-3 hours, and I agreed that was likely the case.However, Sam rolled up 30 minutes on the dot later. He pulled up to us, rolled down the window and asked how everyone was and if the people in the car were ok FIRST. Only after did he pull forward and quickly and efficiently get the car on the truck and ready to go. He was kind, knowledgeable and friendly. It was one of the most refreshing interactions with ANY business I have had, much less a tow truck company! I can't recommend this company enough. Northstar Towing will be the only place I call if I need assistance.Service: Local hauling”
