“I visited this evening bcuz I had 3 of 8 items I purchased on tuesday had some issue that made them useless, so I was hoping that I would be able to exchange them for the same value, if not with exactly what I was bringing to exchange. BOTH Francisco, and the gentleman he was working tonight's shift with ( all apologies 4 not being able to remember his name ) went above & beyond to resolve my issue entirely, which they did successfully & professionally while still keeping me smiling the entire time they were taking care of a problem that I wasn't sure I would be able to resolve to the extent I would leave entirely satisfied with when all was said & done.
