I would like to start with Douglas who is an incredible rep. He truly represents Customer Service and professionalism. I start my conversation about a stolen card and payment was past due for several days he understood and was able to assist me on this matter, he was also going beyond his experience to provide me down to cost on premiums since my insurance went up for reasons that sometimes we don't even understand, but he was able to work with me to review and to adjust. I was very pleased with his time and extra effort. thank you Douglas

I had a great experience with Douglas Stallworth at this location. Unfortunately, the insurance company I was with prior for home owners drastically raised my rates out of nowhere. I called this State Farm location and Douglas immediately started working on a quote for me. He was very communicative throughout the process and answered any questions I had. I even ended up switching my car insurance so I could bundle them together. I am very pleased with the team at this location. I got a follow up phone call to make sure my experience was a great one. I know I made the right choice with State Farm and I am very happy to know that I have my actual Agent right down the street from me. If you are in need of a new Insurance company, make sure you give this location a call. They will take care of you!
