They massively overcharge you for shipping. It's an issue I've noticed for over a year now. Example, I recently bought something from their website. They charged me $30 in shipping for one item about the size of 2 stacked shoe boxes. When I got the package I actually went online and created a label as if I was going to ship the same exact box and weight back to them using the same exact carrier and the label was $9. I live in the same state as them only about 4 hours away. So I called the carrier just to see how much they paid for the label on the package they sent me and sure enough they paid less than $10. I've actually been doing this for months, checking the price of shipping, and in just the last 6 months they have over charged me over $400 in total on everything I've ordered from them in those months. Now imagine them doing this on every package all day every day on every customer. They are making 10s of thousands of dollars a year in pocketed extra shipping charges. And when you call they claim those shipping prices are coming straight from the carrier yet if you wanted to ship the same exact package back to them you could do it for 1/3 of the price they charge you. Far too many companies are getting away with this scam these days. The reason for 2 stars is other than that they're great people and are generally very helpful. I'm 100% certain this issue will not change though and that they'll give a dozen reasons on why they charge the prices they do for shipping. Regardless of the excuses, this needs to change.

My wife and I absolutely love this place. It doesn't seem to matter how many times we've been here, we still spend a solid hour to an hour and a half checking everything out. The knowledge of the staff is absolutely unreal. I've never been to a place that has people that know their trade like this place does. Even if you're not interested in any of the stuff they sell I highly recommend stopping by and checking it out regardless.
