We had the smoothest experience with moving from Texas to California. None of our belongings were damaged and I could tell the guys took pride in their job and treated our items with the utmost care. They went above and beyond and created a packing box for our tv out of loose cardboard they had because we forgot to order the right sized box for it. Driver kept me informed and they ran early so delivered in 4 days instead of the 5 days. Loading and unloading were smooth and they worked with a purpose. Thank you North American Van Lines for supporting us with our huge move. This was my 12th time moving and the best thus far. I will use you for my future moves and will recommend you to friends and family!

Our salesperson, Jeff, was very informative and helpful. He provided excellent customer service. Our driver, Keith, kept us informed and aware of his arrival times. He was very helpful as well. Minor issues with communication with our move coordinator (late notice about how to address the cashier check, etc). Our stuff was loaded and within three days our things arrived. The loading and unloading was fast paced, but they were all friendly. Minor issues to a few items probably because of how quickly things were being loaded and unloaded. Overall it was a positive experience.

We had an excellent experience with North American Van Lines - Farmers Branch. From Robert, who came out to do the estimate to Alejandra, who followed up consistently before, during and after our move, to Jose the driver, and all the loaders on both end. I would highly recommend using them for your move! This was my 29th, and I would have to say it’s one of the top experiences I have had.

Packing of household goods was very satisfactory. The transport and delivery of household goods was very satisfactory. Transport of motor vehicle through 3rd party vendor, Blue Star, was very dissatisfying. The company reps called multiple times and gave us conflicting information. The vehicle was delivered after midnight. I would strongly suggest that North American not use Blue Star transport company in the future.

I had the best move with North American. I believe they’re also affiliated with Beltman Relocation, but the process was smooth no matter the name.
Everyone we worked with was so professional. From the quoting to the load to the unload, it was really a great experience. We only had 2 items slightly damaged, but North American is working to make it right. With such a big move, our items were treated with care. I’ll definitely use North American again if we’re moving!

Team showed up early and was efficient loading the van for cross country move. Our truck driver Chris was awesome - had to back the truck up a hilly narrow residential street to unload and did so without issue. Local teams unloaded heavy items to lower level with minor damage. All in all got the job done and was a decent value.

North American Van Lines did a fantastic job on our move from Dallas. The crews at both pickup and delivery were amazing. They were very respectful of our property and goods. Their professionalism was outstanding in every aspect, packing, moving, unloading, communicating and ensuring they met our needs. I highly recommend this company.
