“We had to have labs drawn on our 11 year old autistic son and we were told about on the go mobile phlebotomy by his pediatrician. Setting up the appointment was very easy. We got prompt response from their representative and didn’t have to wait long for an appointment date. On the day of, the phlebotomist arrived promptly and was very professional. She helped us with the paperwork and completed the lab drawing very skillfully. We were so happy and comfortable with the whole experience. Our son who is usually agitated and non cooperative with things like this, was calm and more cooperative. The entire process took approx. 30 minutes. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our family and friends if needed.”

“Gentech offered its services to The Chosen Extras. The online registration was super easy. The staff at the testing center were very friendly. We got the results the same day, just like they said. I highly recommend them.”

“In my professional opinion there is no other place to go if you want exceptional customer service, accurate and consistent results, and, more importantly, folks that actually care.”

“I finished a three day home EEG this morning. After having a hospital EEG and a home EEG, I have to say there is no comparison. I'm not saying the people at the hospital were not fabulous, but Mary (my "installer") was amazing. She was so kind, informative, and friendly. She eased my mind about what I would be going through during the three days. My experience with a home EEG is SO much better than the hospital because I felt comfortable being in my own home and my own bed. I relaxed and rested during the three days (which was great), but I was also able to be around my family while taking the test. If possible, I would highly recommend Stratus and their home EEG. I think the results of your testing will be better recorded for the doctor to analyze than in a hospital (which in this time of COVID-19 which makes some even more uncomfortable) because you can be more active and do some of the things you would normally do at home.”
