I always go to this places to make my taxes i had never have problems until this year i be waiting on my taxes since February. I try to call the owner of the place her name is maria but she never answered . i believe all of us. Who make our taxes there with work we dont have her own time for her to show to her shop any time because she dont answer the calls but the way i paid for the fast process for two weeks if been almost 6 months i have not responds on her. Is the worts experience i had on this place like i say before that everthing was ok if will b my last time. I hope she read it n take care of my situation cuz i pay for it if wasn't free.
Yo siempre echo mis taxes en este Lugar nunka avia tenido problemas asta este ano. Pague por un proceso rapido y seguro para 2 semanas ya casi pasaron 6 meses y asta el dia de hoy nose nada de mi rebolso e tratatado de comunicarme con la duena del negocio ke se llama maria pero ignora las las yamadas hoy pesisamente trate de comunicarme otravez pero no contesta las yamadas no se xke razon. Uno trabaja al igual ke todos no tenemos el suficiente tiempo como para ir cualkier dia a su local o negocio nadamas xke sr maria no contesta. Y al igual ke todos asen sus taxes ahi tambien pague no fueron gratis minimo deberia contestar las yamadas como servicio al cliente kreo keno lekitaria mucho tiempo eso. Y darme una explication.
