The store personnel are great, but the customer service is horrendous! They agreed to repair a problem with recliner fabric, which hasn't been re-installed yet. Only offer appointments on Mondays in Dallas area. Ridiculous! They evidently have only one customer service person for the whole Dallas area, and she is virtually impossible to reach. Takes days to receive a return call. Very rude.

Jordan greeted us as we walked in. He was very helpful and answered all the questions we had. We felt at home from the moment we walked in. Better yet we walked out with some very beautiful furniture! Highly recommend.

The sales lady was very attentive and stayed with for 3 hours to complete our sale. She was very kind ND interested in us as people and helping find the exact chairs we wanted.

David Peterman helped me and grandma find her the perfect recliner to enjoy while she's visiting my mom. David was well versed in the Art world and furniture business. He's also an great salesman, I told him we'd just started looking that morning and that I don't except to making purchase today but I'll take his business card and after an hour my grandmother had made up mind about the recliner David showed her.

My wife and I had an excellent shopping experience here recently with a Salesman there named David who was extra busy with other customers, but still very attentive nonetheless to us! We highly recommend this location to anyone in the market for furnishings throughout your house or apartment. A bit pricey, but in the end well worth the time and money to check things out. See y'all there!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IF THERE IS A PROBLEM!Sales people are great and helpful when selling you their product and recommending the extended warranty. BUT when you need repair, forget it - they won't even respond. Have sent 3 online requests for service and 3 voice mails for service and have not heard back in a week. Bought 2 remote control recliners and both have stopped working - even after following a you-tube video on re syncing remote to chair. My recommendation - stay away from La-Z-Boy!

The worst shopping experience ever. The sales lady has absolutely no personality at all. She couldn't muster a smile or a kind word the entire time we were there. She was annoyed at our questions. She didn't "sell" us anything but regretfully we did make a large purchase. She didn't say anything at all about chair options, she left it to me to come up with the questions about them. ("Oh, did you want that?") We have an issue with our current chairs, but of course, "that never happens with any of our chairs." Yet I walked to two random chairs and, yep, same thing happens with their chairs. The two sales ladies obviously don't like each other. You should have seen the body language and eye rolls as they interacted. The verbal interaction clearly showed annoyance with each other (right in front of me!). Both sales ladies ganged up on me when I declined their fabric warranty. My husband overheard their "sales pitch" and came over just in case he needed to intervene. They did get a bit loud in their combined effort to tell me I was making a bad decision.I tried making small talk while she was putting in the order, but I got the impression I was talking to myself. I mentioned that we are only a few miles from their warehouse, so she thought I meant I didn't want them delivered. I guess she doesn't get small talk and coincidences.I would never recommend this location. I live the product, which is why we bought something, but if you have a choice shop elsewhere! I was deprived of a fun shopping experience, and that makes me sad.

I found a recliner in the show room that felt great. I wanted to add all of the bells and whistles when it came to electric capabilities what they failed to tell me is that when the recliner showed up the dimensions would be completely different I receive the recliner that did not fit me was completely uncomfortable, and practically unusable, it was nothing like the recliner. I sat in at the show room I just wasted a bunch of money. I'll never be a customer again.

Horrible customer service! I would NOT purchase anything from this store. We visited this store with my aging mother a few week before she moved to Dallas. We tried several chair and selected a soft, plush-cushion pull-handle recliner. However, at the recommendation of the store manager. we switched and purchased an electric lift recliner. The store manager was aware this was a pre-relocation move sale. It was delivered to her empty apartment, where it stayed unused for two weeks. Two days after she moved in she thought the chair was to hard and the lift mechanism was to slow. We returned to the store to exchange the chair for the one we originally wanted and were told the 15 day return period had passed and we could not exchange it. We explained (again) that she just move in and had only used the chair for two days. Still “No the 15 day exchange period has expired”. She said she would check with her boss (Area Manager?). We returned the next day and we’re told. “No the 15 day exchange period has expired”. It’s sad to see a store that once prided themselves on excellent customer service to becoming an organization that doesn’t care or appreciate its customers.

Terry H. the store manager made this experience easy! It was a quick and simple process. Definitely not your typical "pushy" salesperson. We can't wait to get our recliners!!
