I chose Iconic specifically because it was the flagship store for Rita Vinieris. My sister wore one of her gowns for her September 2024 wedding and when we went dress shopping for her in another state last year, we fell in love with all of her classic, yet fun designs, so I knew I was very interested in her gowns.
From start to finish, we were blown away by the hospitality, service, and professionalism from both the owner, James, and my stylist, DiGiovanni. Their exceptional service and warm, welcoming personalities truly made this an unforgettable afternoon for both me, and my mom and sisters. DiGiovanni was so knowledgeable about my venue (down to the lighting!) and picked gowns that matched the space. The shop itself is absolutely gorgeous and I loved that each dressing area in the shop is separate from each other so brides and their guests have a lot of privacy - definitely made the experience even more intimate and fun for us.
Once I found “the one”, DiGiovanni took his time to place me in a beautiful veil, fix my hair and fluff the dress so everything was perfect. Once I opened my eyes, I was absolutely blown away. I felt so special and had the full “say yes to the dress” moment that everyone dreams of. He also helped me find another veil similar to my sister’s (my potential “something borrowed”) so I could get the full effect and visual which was very thoughtful. What I also appreciated is that when I said “yes”, they let me stay in the dress while they prepared the paperwork so I got to enjoy the moment longer and had lots of time for pictures and videos. All was complete with a champagne toast to celebrate! We left giggling and smiling from all the fun and were so impressed with the high level of service we experienced.
Thank you, James and DiGiovanni, for an unforgettable experience. You helped us create a fun memory for me and my family to remember forever! Being a Rita Vinieris bride now runs in our family ?

I had the best experience at Iconic Bride. Taylor was the absolute sweetest and very attentive. She made the experience very pleasant for us. She was also very informative about the dresses. I will most certainly buy my dress from here. Iconic bride was such a beautiful store with exquisite gowns.

This is hands down the best bridal shop in Dallas! I highly recommend booking an appointment here as they have a phenomenal selection of unique and stunning gowns. I had been to several other dress stores in Dallas and there is no comparison to Iconic Brides. My sales associate DiGiovanni was kind, attentive, knowledgeable and had exceptional taste. The owner James and his husband Jair also popped into my appointment and took a lot of time to help select additional gowns that I never would have considered and loved. I walked into my appointment with a dress in mind from another store and left as an Iconic Bride with the most stunning gown I have ever seen! As a mid-size bride, I felt very welcome here. Their sample sizes were inclusive and their team did a great job pinning the gowns to fit my body. Thank you so much to the Iconic Bride team for making me feel beautiful for my upcoming big day!

Best Bridal Boutique in Dallas! I can’t say enough about this bridal boutique! First my daughter, niece and I came in for her most anticipated day and she was very nauseous and not feeling well. My daughter wanted to push through because I was in from out of town and only had so much time. James, the owner and Crystal, our consultant, took care of her right away. Her appointment, with their kind and giving spirit, resulted in finding the dress of her dreams and having a blast while doing so. Thank you Iconic Bride ?

Iconic Bride is THE bridal store to find your wedding dress!! All of the dresses are so beautiful and I rate my experience here 1000000/10. Crystal was my stylist, she was so sweet, fun and helpful in trying to find dresses of what I envisioned myself to be in. I loved how James (the owner) would also stop by the room to suggest other dresses for me to try on that we didn’t initially pick out. They pay close attention to detail and gave the perfect suggestions for my custom dress. I cannot wait for my final fitting! I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond for me today. ?

I had an incredible experience at Iconic Bride and said yes to my wedding dress here! Crystal and James were both great to work with and were very accommodating to my schedule and budget. They made the process so enjoyable and they have an amazing dress selection as well. If you’re a bride, you must go here!

I think the amount of positive reviews goes to show that this place is amazing for many people. Unfortunately, it just wasn't amazing for me... and that's ok. I think they cater to very specific style and look, which is wonderful, I just wish I'd realized that beforehand that it wasn't a good place to start for me. This was my first day of bridal gown shopping and I was still trying to decide the silhouette, style, and overall vibe I wanted. Iconic didn't have the variety I needed, and my stylist wasn't really much of a stylist (IMO). She didn't provide much help at all and I felt a little lost.
In no way would I advise against visiting Iconic Bride! Clearly many people have great experiences. I would advise on researching each shop before scheduling an appointment to make sure they carry designers and gowns that fit what you're looking for.

FIRST TIME I’VE EVER WRITTEN A REVIEW!!! That should put plenty emphasis on how excellent my experience was. Given that I am not the most confident in myself currently, I was absolutely dreading my dress appointment. I spent MONTHS putting in research and looked through dozens of full inventories online of dozens of local boutiques and chains. After months of research and visions boards I finally forced myself to book an appointment at the only boutique that had the most “me” dresses. Even online, no other boutique compared to Iconic Bride. Even as an extremely particular individual, I booked Iconic Bride as my one and only appointment based on their online presence, reviews, and inventory. I am a huge planner and rarely put all of my faith into one option so this alone speaks for itself. My appointment went from the most stressful part of my wedding planning to the simplest the moment I walked in. James and Taylor were very welcoming and could likely tell I was nervous. They even accommodated me bringing an extra guest to the appointment to make me feel more at ease. The boutique itself is very spacious and well lit which are two important factors for this occasion. I brought in screenshots from their website inventory of my top 5 favorites and they helped eliminate a few options for being out of my price range. I trusted James and Taylor quick and tried on dresses I may not have picked for myself at first glance. I walked out with a dress that visually seemed out of my comfort zone but ended up being my dream dress. The years of experience really shined through at this boutique and I am grateful I trusted Iconic Bride with finding me the most important outfit I will ever wear!!

First off, just writing this review I get almost as excited all over again after my wonderful experience with James and DiGiovanni. Iconic Bride Dallas is like NO OTHER Bridal Boutique you will visit in the entire Southwest. Dare I say the country.
While having my vision in mind, knowing a specific designer and styling I have been watching on different socials for an entire year, I did research and found Iconic Bride Dallas.
Not only was James responsive and accommodating to my schedule, once arriving there is not a pretentious "we ask your budget, you can only try on one dress" type of vibe -- much different from 2 other experiences I had prior. You instantly feel warm and welcomed, allowing open communication. James experience of years within the industry truly shows.
I came to my first appointment thinking I knew exactly what I wanted by myself, not wanting any opinions… to leaving with 5 different looks I hadn't considered, and 3 I couldn't make my mind up over! With no pressure, and talking through the options, James and Digiovanni put me at ease that I could think about it, left with photos and videos, and I came back a week later said yes to my dress ! As well as a second look! They let me re-try on my top 2 dresses a couple more times to really get a feel and decide.
I loved the professional expertise they provided every step of the way. Cannot wait be an Iconic bride.

We came here for my sisters wedding dress and had a wonderful experience. My sister was very nervous about this appointment but the staff was wonderful and the selection of dresses was amazing! Taylor helped us out and she made my sister feel very comfortable and was such a help to us. She was the best! Would definitely recommend Iconic Bride!!

My fiancé Callie went here and had such an amazing experience at iconic Bride, especially with Taylor! Taylor did such a great job of helping Callie feel comfortable and made the hardest part of our Wedding planning, her now favorite part!!
