This gym is different from any of the seven gyms I have belonged to in the past.At least 85% of the trainers have been employed here for ten plus years.That says a lot in itself.If you are looking for training for Lacrosse, MMA, boxing, weightlifting or serious form with Kettlebells then this is the placeThe trainers here are all exceptional andhave national accreditations in their fields.Many are Strong First level 2 accreditedSo you know whatever you learn from them will be best practices and forms.This place can change you if you let it.That's a bold statement that you can see on the digital display inside close to the locker rooms and it's absolutely true.

This Gym is like none other, it’s always so clean, the trainers and staff members are very respectful. The space is huge and has a great variety of equipment to use, also love the indoor turf! 10/10

Awesome facility and equipment for any kind of training and plenty of amenities- even free coffee! Staff and trainers are top-notch and everyone is always smiling here. I’ve been to plenty of gyms and can’t recommend this one enough

My gym closed during Covid. My trainer is the best, so I followed him to ESP. I was apprehensive, but the energy at ESP is fantastic. There’s a vibe of community, and the trainers and facilities are so good MMA fighters’ train here.

I love this place. This is the first place I call to rent an indoor soccer field for practice. Very friendly staff and the turf on the field is in perfect condition.
