I left my Doctors office to pick up a couple prescriptions she had ordered for a sinus infection. I was at my local CVS about 15 minutes later. Jose had both prescription's packaged and ready for me. The next time I was at CVS Jose took the time to make sure the prescription's work and asked if I was feeling better. Now that's Customer Service! it's a great thing having a pharmacist that takes pride in his work and actually cares about his customers!! Terrible experience with incompetent personnel. Made an appointment in advance. Arrived at the location early, only to be informed that they do not accept my insurance carrier. This is a question that I feel should have been asked at the time of scheduling the appointment. I will not be returning for any reason.

Came here to pick up my boyfriend medication, the pharmacist and the tech who helped me check out had such a hard time answering my question and they are not even busy. They need to change their attitude. they told me to ask my Dr if you have questions about over the counter products. that’s ridiculous, I was just trying to clarify what’s the best option to get. The insurance price was about $10-15 more than GoodRx price so i asked if they can change it and he told me it takes 10 minutes. I used to be pharmacy manager and I know it barley takes less than a minute to change. If they were busy I would understand but come on, this place super slow. Go somewhere else to get a better service.

I came in to get a Covid, and vaccine for the year. The pharmacy tech mumbled the entire time. Had no direction. Asked me if I checked in even though I use the mobile app to check in. Ask me if I brought my vaccine card. I told him yes. And then just walked away. I am now waiting on the pharmacist tech to get the vaccines. Seems like no one here really cares. We just sad because of the pharmacy. Truly sad the main pharmacist Jose is amazing. Seems like the two people here that on August 9 at 11 AM. Wish they could be anywhere else but here. If you wish to get a Maxine of any kind, I would choose another CVS.

This has to be the worst pharmacy around. They act like your a burden to be helped. Total ignore you. Plus I guess they can not count to 30. You have a count your meds. Sometimes you will get 28,29 and 31 for a month supply. Today i just drove away at the pi kuo window because nobody would do there job.

Employees always seem annoyed to help any customers. Being a responsible active adult, I went to buy contraceptive items. There was a button next to the locked case. Pressed it a few times while I waited 9 minutes. No employee I came. Made my way to the cash register where 3 employees were. I was going to ask for assistance, before 2 female employees whispered among themselves, “I think she was the one pressing the button”. So now why should I go the extra mile for their service when I can just take my money/business elsewhere?!

No one picks up the phone even when we are on hold for hours. We called and walked into the store and they were just ignoring the phone. They may have many responsibilities but it wasn’t even busy.

They dont load prepaid cards after 9 p.m., and when i asked why, they told me its company policy(with an attitude). I would like to know the specific company policy, when i have loaded my card at other cvs locations past 9 p.m. with no issue.

I come to this store on a regular basis because it is near my job. I have never had a problem here until yesterday.I was standing in line waiting for the self-checkout to become available and there was a CVS employee behind the counter helping a man that only spoke Spanish. ok, you ask.... well, as soon as the self-serve check out became available, I walked over there and before I could proceed, the CVS employee stops helping her customer to tell me that the self-checkout only accepts debit card payments and no cash (Note: there are signs on the self-checkout stating this btw).I looked at her and said, huh....I know this." My question is, why did she feel like she had to stop helping her customer to tell me this, trying to make me feel stupid in front of the other customers?Like I said, I have been in there before, and the majority of the time, I use the self-checkout. I do know how to read in English so....what was the problem?The lesson here is "Don't assume that every Hispanic customer does not understand English."

Just went to pick up two items. I pay for the rewards program so I usually use my $10 when available and of course any coupons if available. When I tried paying self checkout I needed assistance due to the machine not picking up my $10 reward and my coupon. When requested assistances on self checkout a employee came to help but said she would have to void the whole transaction due to machine not picking up coupons.What got me upset was that it looked like a bother asking for help. Not only that I felt really offended when she comment “THEY NEED TO GET RID OF COUPONS ITS JUST SO ANNOYING DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS THAT USE IT” I found it really rude and felt embarrassed for using my reward plus coupon.

Had a prescription transfered, called to find status out and the guy act like i was bothering him in asking a question. Need better customer service instead of responding "m,m" at the end of the conversation

Pharmacy isn’t the biggest help. I’ve had multiple issues with them and they seem annoyed by my questions.
