I took my sons car in today to have them install his 2 12" subs and amp. On top 9f this I paid them to replace all 4 interior speakers with top od the line Rockford Fosgate punch 6x9 for the rear and 6.5 for the front. These are priced around $120 per pair. When I got home and looked at the speakers I noticed the installed $50 Cerwin Vega 6×9 in the back and then $50 6.5" prime series Rockford Fosgate in the front. They also charged me for a hi/low converter that was not installed nor needed as I have an aftermarket radio deck with the proper inputs. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I will have to wait until Monday to speak with them and figure out why and what they're going to do.

2020 Red Camaro LT1
They installed everything properly, but they rushed and missed a few minor pieces/details. Last I spoke w/ them, they were supposed to quote/build a subwoofer enclosure for me and call me back. I've reached out a few times, but either no answer or someone will get back w/ me shortly. Currently, I still have no bass and I believe I paid them $1200+ so far...I will change my review when this is resolved.

I’m sooooo happy with this place. My experience was a 10/10!!! I recently purchased a new car but the car was literally a fish bowl. They turned it from that to THIS for $249 with lifetime warranty and you get to choose your tint??!?! That’s absolutely mind blowing. So in love with the results!

Brought my new prius (less than 100 miles) here to get tints. Paid almost $500 for tint install. When I received the car a few hours later there was a dent on the driver side door and a deep scratch on the front windshield (the plastic outer layer.) Would not recommend. Brought the car back and had it looked at Sam said “it could be anything.” And just kept telling me to bring it back to the dealership to get it repaired on my dime “under warranty” and that I probably got it on delivery. Kept saying it was a small dent and an “easy fix” and did not admit to any wrongdoing despite me having pictures of the car before the install.

I've been to three different car audio places before these guys. Car toys, new image and another I can't remember the name. Between all of these installers, they made an absolute mess of my system. Shoddy wiring and barely functional. These guys restored everything to an incredible professional job. I can now rest easy that my system is not all jimmy rigged and is installed cleanly, perfectly wired and functioning optimally. I'm sure there are cheaper places but you get what you pay for. If you want a legit professional install come here. These guys were working on lambos when I was here. They are the real deal.

Terrible service, the manager is so rude to the customer. They charge 4% custom fee which they never explained before charging. They say they charge it for credit card usage and we would have paid cash if they explained before. AVOID this place ⛔️

I’m looking at some of these poor reviews and wondering where these reviews are coming from. The owner and everyone in the shop were all extremely professional and accommodating. They really were a customer service first company. Which is hard to find these days. Called at 9:30 in the morning about issues that another shop did. Had me in at 9:52 that same morning. They treated me like I expect my company to treat people as well and that’s being upfront and excellent communication. I would have never known that Sam was the owner because he didn’t gloat. I asked him if he was the owner to which he replied that he was. Very clean shop and the prices were where I expected for the quality of care and the expertise that they provide. Top notch. You’re doing it right guys. Waiting room was awesome with a tv and drinks. To be honest some waiting rooms feel to corporate. Not this one. I felt like it was very welcoming and the atmosphere was great. The installers were excellent. Great business right here. They do everything.

They squeezed me in on a busy Saturday and did some non warranty custom work on my car for a product I didn't buy there, went over & beyond, tech did a clean install and buttoned everything up perfectly. Very pleased and recommend this team highly.
