Wish I could give 4.5 stars—great framing work here, but poor communication.If you are flexible on the details of your finished product, CSD does quality work. However, their site indicates you can choose a photo for your jersey framing package (I also specifically asked to review available photos before assembling the finished product) but I was not consulted on the photo. When I gave them my jersey they said they would keep me informed of progress along the way and contact me about the photo options, but i didn’t receive any communication from them until it was complete and ready to pick up.The finished project looks fantastic and was completed quickly and professionally, so I’m not sure I would’ve changed a thing about it, but the process didn’t go quite how I’d expected. Still a good experience overall!
