Lived here 6 months. The property was upkept very well and the common areas (pool, gym, coffee area) were always clean. Close vicinity to the Galleria Mall is a huge plus for mall shoppers. My only issue was traffic noise from the nearby highway. If you are sensitive to noise pollution be aware.

Victor helped me with a clogged shower drain and took the initiative to change a fire alarm battery that he noticed was dead. He also took photos of cracks in the wall and scheduled repairs for those. He provided excellent and quick service and was very kind as well.

I toured this beautiful community with Julie and she was so awesome. She gave all the information I needed to know while also genuinely caring for my must-haves within my new home. If you are wanting to tour this community you must ask for Julie.
