I was looking for specifically red leather recliner & sofa in traditional look. Cantoni has only modern. They had some pretty art work on the wall and some wood furnishings. Other than that I won't be back.

These guys are liars. They told us "full refund" in 30 days if you dont like it. We told them we dont like it, and now they say there is a 25% restocking fee. That is not a "full refund". They admit they said full refund, but their VP doesnt want to give the full refund. And the VP does not have the decency to talk to the customer. They say "he doesn't talk to customers". You are in retail business, that is the part of your job Mr VP.Avoid this place. They keep changing their story every day to make up for their mistake.5/15 UpdateMore lies down below in their response. I have not heard from any VP of theirs. At this point, all you need to do is come up pick your furniture and honor the full refund. We have done enough talking to you.

Been meaning to post this for awhile now. I have bought furniture from this spot twice now. All I can say is the staff working here are excellent. I wish I could remember the name of the staff member who has helped me twice but what I can tell you is that he is always there and always helpful. Good job Cantoni.

Loving cocktail table! Pleased with selection and service at Cantoni. Brian Williams provided STELLAR service with online purchase and stayed in touch until delivery. I looked for a while for table without glass top and like the quality and design elements of this one. Cantoni delivers on modern design every time.

Still no resolution to this issue. Someone from Cantoni wants to send someone out to fix it. That was two weeks ago. What we paid handsomely for was an ottoman that was correct. What we got was something that has to be fixed/modified. Cantoni, can we get our money back???

BUYER BEWARE! We have purchased tons of Cantoni furniture over the last few decades. About two years ago, we decided to remodel our kitchen and chose Cantoni because they claimed they would do the full design and install, which we thought would make things go smoothly. What a disaster!! Zero product supervision, leading to thousands of dollars in mistakes, which we covered. Wrong sizes, wrong colors, poor installation, lots of damage, missed appointments. Nearly 2 YEARS for a small kitchen and still not complete. But what really takes the cake is these people have no interest in making things right. Hideous customer service. No urgency whatsoever to resolve issues. You pay 100% up front, so when Cantoni screws something up, the customer has no recourse. BUYER BEWARE!

Bailey was very attentive. The show room floor is amazing! I love all the ideas they have. You can literally get a good feel for what you are looking for. The outdoor patio furniture is gorgeous! Service was amazing and our shopping experience was easy and fun.

I was highly disappointed. They had one Sales person for the entire store. Hence he was extremely busy, and never acknowledged we were in the store. In addition, the items were lack luster and pricey. My advice is to save your money and purchase from the main store.

I found good pieces of furniture at this location. I am upsets with the table I found, the price was very affordable and had no signs of outlet. The customer service was very good, he was very attentive and came right at me once I walked in. We mentioned we were only looking and he did just that. We walked free around the place with no problems of making him feel we were waisting his time. From a distance he was attentive to any questions or help if we needed. The furniture selection was very broad and they had something for everyone. All types of styles to fit the them you are going for.
