I really love this company. They treat our dog like he is family and are very flexible. Much cheaper than and easier to a schedule with than Pets Mart and the other chains.

So sad to give this place a bad review. I've been coming here for years with my pets but recently the new hire is very rough with my dogs when nail cutting. You can constantly hear her (new hire) get frustrated with them. Never had that issue before with any of my past and currents pets. Such a shame
